Fast alles, gute ruhige Lage, gepflegtes Haus, alles sauber und nett eingerichtet.

Wie bei den meisten grossen Vermietern fehlt etwas die Liebe zum Detail und ein Handwerker, der kleine Sachen rasch repariert. Die Regendusche spritzt ins Bad, auch bei der normalen Brause ( die sich nicht richtig fixieren lässt) spritzt das Wasser überall etwas raus. Die Heizung im Bad pfeift, so dass man sie wieder zudrehen muss. Und auch bei der Einrichtung war wohl keine Hausdame mit Hingabe, sondern irgend ein Manager am Werk. Es gibt 2 Messer, 2 Gabeln und 3 Weingläser, die Kaffeetassen haben kein Platz unter der Kaffeemaschine und 2 Tabs für den Geschirrspüler, wirkt einfach sehr krämerisch... etc. Alles Details, aber würde das wirklich so viel mehr kosten?

It was a little dark as it is a basement

Spacious, beautifully decorated and really comfortable. It’s a lovely place to stay and has everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen.

-The cleaning: quite a lot of dust, particularly on the sofa, along the skirting boards and around the doors. -The bathroom is tiny and quite awkward to use. The door takes up most of the space, which makes moving around difficult.

Lack of detailed instructions, the host did not send the entry code as required until i had to call after i had arrived and despite sending them 4 live videos of the door entry via whatsapp they still could not decipher how to advise on how the door to the apartment could be unlocked. It was a supervisor that eventually called 40mins after my arrival to explain the entry. Pls have them review the instructions so it is clear for guests. Also it was not clear how to get water hot enough to brew a tea. It was not until several complaints and the handy man showed up that he explained how the tap worked (an unusual tap as usually you would have a decent kettle) . then the shower was another matter - the signs on the tap for hot and cold did not align as placed and the handy man's explanations resolved that - on day 2. Then the bed was two singles brought together to pass as a double bed. One single was very lumpy and worn - it was a most uncomfortable bed. The whatsapp staff clearly do not know the apartment well enough and they were unprepared for a guest - it was the lovely decor, the kitchen and location which made it passable
