Didn’t get the room we booked but good location.

The location was good and free parking excellent.

We did not get the room we booked online & requested to be moved as the first room was a very dark & dingy room on the lowest floor. They moved us to a room that was still not what we booked online though. It was a faff with lots of phone calls & having to send photos of the first room before they moved us.

Don’t get fooled by the pictures

Functionally everything was there, Including parking. Good location

Filthy room

The bed was comfy

The room was filthy, the carpets were covered in stains, handprints on the mirrors and kitchen appliances. There was a baking tray full of burnt fat/oil in the bottom of the oven. There were hairs in the shower and around the sink. Toilet brush wasn't in properly and there was liquid all around it and on the floor. The worst thing was the layout of the room, they put the TV at an angle so posts on the 4 poster bed were in the middle of the screen. Also the sofa was facing away from it so the TV was totally pointless. There was no designated parking space for our apartment and the parking was a nightmare. We had to wait half an hour in the rain outside the apartment after a 3 hour journey because they were having issues taking the £100 deposit (which isn't mentioned when booking).

The room was what we needed for a short break

However the photos do not live up to the property. The interior was very warn and the walls ect were very dirty, I didn’t even want to use the shower.

Pleasant good location clean place but I should have gone for bigger appartment

Good parking and near to haubourside and also Clifton village . Cosy warm place kept clean

Just a bit small thought it would be slightly bigger no room for clothes or to get out of bed .

Fantastic stay - already booked again!

Amazing location, had everything we needed for a couple of nights. Clean, great communication from hosts, highly recommend!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY WILL DOUBLE CHARGE YOU

Nothing. It’s a complete rip off. The rooms don’t looo anything like the picture and they will take you offsite AFTER you’ve paid on booking.com to charge you the same amount AGAIN as a ‘temp hold’. And then refuse to return it to you

Parking is a nightmare, the building is old and loud, the pictures did not match the place, they take you offsite AFTER you’ve paid to charge you AGAIN as a ‘deposit’. I’ve been booking on here for over 10 years and all deposits have always been handled in app. This is VERY dodgy

Noisy, Disappointed, over priced

Location, free parking

Noisy, my room was opposite the front door and woke me every time people came in and out. Drunk people tried to get into my room at 1.30am and stayed talking outside my room for 30 minutes. The bed was next to the door and backed the wall by the e trance so felt the front door bang. The shower room smelt of damp. Plus they charged £40 for my dog. Over a quarter of what I paid for the room.

Check in process appalling

Lovely apartments, great location, very clean

Check in process requires ID, no other option. Not good when you book last minute and don't have any with you! Not a country where we have to have any ID, let alone carry it, so should not be mandatory to stay here!

Would stay again.

We had a spacious ground floor room. It was very comfortable indeed. Bed was excellent. Parking was available which was great. Good location.

On arrival, the whole place was boiling hot!! Absolutely unbearable. We called the customer service team and managed to turn off a boiler that was operating a radiator in our room that we couldn’t control locally. It would have been unbearable if we hadn’t managed that. But it was resolved quickly and we had a very good stay.

Good location for the University

Comfortable beds and lovely towels. Unfortunately there were two single beds as requested ( as well as a sofa bed) but they were put together with double bedding sheet and duvet. We managed with this arrangement but would have prefered separate beds. Nevertheless the beds were very comfortable.

What more can i say shocking

It was clean and cosey but gutted to be put in a room in the basement.

A lot, nosey room,constant sound of what what sounded like water running kept me awake as well as other bad people staying, last night there was a couple fighting at 12.00 in the car park out side of ny room in a red fiesta, woman was punching man in face, she was kicking off and slamming car doora screaming and and banging doors in the house. As well as damaging the properly on the out side by punch out fence panels near my van. Absolute disgrace and no respect for any one staying on site lasted over a hour. I have a video on my phone.

A nightmare

The bed was wet with what seemed like wee and the room was generally dirty. I contacted the owner immediately and spoke to them for an hour while they said they would fix the problem. They did not fix the problem and have not provided a refund, and now have charged another 100 pounds! I didn't even stay there.

Very expensive for a cramped and dingy basement flat.

Location

We were in a cramped one bedroom in the basement. It was dark and badly laid out with cheap fixtures and fittings. Car park is tiny and difficult to navigate. It was insanely expensive. I do not recommend.

It was a very convenient location,but not very clean.

The location was good and the decor was nice

The place was not very clean, we had to grab a toy from under the bed we found a lipstick, hair clips and a lot of dust. I asked for the room to be cleaned and it was at an additional cost even if I sent them a picture with a bunch of spiderwebs near the kitchenette. I declined the cleaning because the stay was already expensive. However, I asked the soap in the bathroom to be refilled since it was not full when we checked in, even if the staff said ok, it did not happen.

Really nice, comfortable accommodation in a convenient location.

Lovely decor, clean, good in-room facilities, nice tea and coffee, easy walk to most central locations. The main entrance had nice art work. The general area was nice and dent safe.

Parking was a struggle. There was no duvet in the room for the spare bed so I had to call a member of our party and tell them to bring a sleeping bag.

I’m someone really picky when it comes to cleanliness and they have really outdone themselves in that department which I really appreciated as it made my stay all the more comfortable as I was in Bristol for important exams

Fabulous place, little gem in the heart of Bristol

Super comfortable beds, beautiful decor, bright, airy and spacious for a studio. Modern, nice bathroom with big shower. Big & nice bathroom towels and nice 'not your run of the mill' toiletries. Big shash windows that actually opened without a fight. Basically, not painted shut! . Big powerful fan which was a God send on hot and humid night. Quiet area despite being really close to a lot of bars and restaurants, about a 10 mins walk. Location was fantastic. Reason for visit; my daughter's graduation the day after in the morning.. Host very accommodating with the parking situation after my last minute request which I was very grateful for, especially considering that my son and I were running a tad late. Highly recommend and would love to come back for more than 1 night this time around! 🥰

Graduation Day

It was the ideal location for our Son's graduation, having parking was appreciated. It was compact and clean. The large electric fan was most welcome in the heat. Also the option for a late checkout was useful after a full on graduation day and late night.

Pity the bathroom window next to the toilet wasn't opaque, so you had to keep the blind down and use the light. Also if the window could be opened without giving a 'free show' it would aid ventilation as it is a hot box when showering. Small point, the ice box in the fridge needs defrosting as it wasn't shutting properly and maybe a hand towel in the kitchen.

Perfect location for graduation of my daughter

The location was fab and the rooms were cool in the heat

Items that I requested for the sofa bed were not in the flat and even when the details to get linen from the linen room were obtained, there wasn’t any available so I had to rummage around the linen room to locate spares.

Great size room with comfy beds and a well appointed kitchenette.

It was the perfect room for me and my daughter. We had comfy twin beds and a little kitchen area where we could prepare supper and breakfast. The room was clean and well furnished. There was even a small welcome package when we arrived of sweets and tea and coffee.

Location was brilliant. The twin beds were very comfortable and the apartment was cosy with everything we needed.

Sofa bed was pretty awful with a bar going down the middle. For one person it was bearable by sleeping at an angle.
