MyCityHaven South Parade Mansions

Very convenient location. Just a 5 minute walk to M&S Food and 10 minutes to lots of other shops/ bars and restaurants. Also on a good bus route to Cribbs Causeway and into Bristol and also a train station close by. Clifton Village is also an easy 10-15 minute walk away. The house itself is well laid out, and the fridge/ oven etc all worked fine. There’s a private parking space too. The entrance process is very easy, and great communication from the property.

The property maintenance could be better. For example the hot tap in the bathroom just spins around when you try to turn it off/ on. And a little bit of weeding/ maintenance in the courtyard would have made it pleasant to sit out there, Especially in the heatwave. Also, the heating came on the morning of day 5 of our 7 day stay. It was summer, middle of a heatwave and the heating was set to 22. The property was quick to respond on how to turn it down so every morning we had to turn it right down so it wasn’t hotter inside than it was outside.

Great location for the university which was what we were visiting. Door lock was super easy and the parking situation was great.

We noticed a couple things were broken on arrival e.g a door knob and some plant pots. It didn't affect us negatively but just wanted to let you guys know!

Très confortable, encore plus premium et spacieux qu'en photos. Code digital (pas de clefs) très pratique. Cuisine équipée, terrasse/cour intérieure appréciable. Quartier très paisible et bien situé, à 10mn du centre en bus, 15mn à pied. Calme absolu.

Pas de gel douche.
