The general devour is tired and main flooring broken. Loads of issues with mouldy seals on units, ceiling etc. We reported back the info in the folder was wrong. Initially this was annoying , such as wrong router info & TV, but we soon realised the heating system was broken and locked on at 25o. It was like being roasted ! Also window locks did not lock, plus the outside stair light was broken and became a real hazard when we returned. Epically as we had guests with accessibility challenges. We reported all this as we noticed , and was promised it would be seen to by ‘their maintenance team’. That was lie. . Cleaning bedding , nice towels. But the strained seats / carpets / settee and false promises to repair made the stay uncomfortable and ruined our mini break
