A lovely cozy house, our second visit last one was just for one night so decided to book again - as we felt it would perfectly met our needs for a Christmas family gathering. Parking a huge bonus in Bristol - we’ve stayed in the city many times over the years parking has been a nightmare! And costly. The property was super clean and the owner was great communication wise in fact was great for both of our stays

A great house in a really good location. Perfect for a family of four.

The house is in a great location with off-street parking, just a few minutes walk from Gloucester Road with all the shops, cafe's and restaurants. The communications from the owners were clear and timely. The house was very clean and tidy. Definitley recommend.

It worked for this stay. I expected more really.

The lounge was nice and a good size, the kitchen-dining was well equipped and clean, well stocked for glasses, cups, a good-sized fridge, everything worked well. Once the heating came on, the house was very warm. Beds were adequate, both simple doubles, but not the best sleep for me. Good access by email to the manager/owners

The house was smaller than I expected. The photos are a little deceptive. The house could do with a professional redecoration. It is very "tired looking." A small but important (personal issue), you only get one towel per person for your stay, really not good enough. A cheap, unnecessary cost-saving.

Driveway parking was a huge bonus. Great amount of space for a large family - including enough sofa seating for 6! Very clean and well presented. Well equipped kitchen.

Location was in walking distance of local shops and pubs . House was very clean and spacious with tea & coffee provided ! Parking on drive a bonus plus free parking on road outside too!

Very comfortable base for us to visit Bristol for a family wedding

Very comfortable, clean property. Great living space with plenty of seating. Good sized main bedrooms. Heating and hot water very efficient. Excellent crockery, cutlery, cups, glasses etc provision in kitchen. Fantastic communications from owners. Easy walk to Gloucester Road where there are a myriad of restaurants/cafes.

Drive is narrow, as others have mentioned, but perfectly negotiable with care.

Great family place for a comfortable stay.

Lovely property in a nice suburban part of Bristol. Backs onto a park which is lovely and there is parking and a garden. We enjoyed our stay.

Small niggles were dealt with immediately by the owners so not worth mentioning here.

Location was great , house warm on arrival , water lovely and hot .

Not enough utensils, needs a new frying pan , dirty dishes left in dishwasher, worktops very sticky hadn’t been cleaned.

Fantastic house.

The house is immaculate, and very spacious. The location is great with park views to the rear. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole family had a fantastic nights sleep. There are all the facilities that you would need. With a driveway for off street parking. You won't be disappointed staying here.

Clean, comfortable and spacious.

House was ideal for a short stay for two ladies while on a course in Bristol. Good size rooms, comfortable beds and sofas, and well equipped kitchen. Parking was tight, but we managed with a biggish estate. Very, very quiet at night, despite being in a very built up area. Heating was fine for us, but we were only there in the evenings and it wasn't that cold. We would stay again. - much better than a hotel.

A comfort and clean house with off street parking

Off street parking, 2 toilets, walking distance to Tesco, clean, comfort, full kitchen facilities, good WiFi (virgin media), quick response from the host.

Toilet paper is on the low side in downstairs toilet, TV channels are minimal, can't view ITV & Ch4.

Superb

Location was awesome for a graduation event. House was spacious and on a quiet road. Landlady was friendly and dealt with queries before our stay very quickly. She also allowed us to negotiate a slightly earlier time than the stated time.

Parking on the drive was tight. We squeezed our average sized car there, but if you have a wide car it won't fit. To put it another way, I didn't let my adult children park it on the drive. However, no reason why you can't park in front of the drive on the road.

It was a perfect house for our group to relax and explore Bristol.

The house, the location, walkability, ease of check in with lock box, off-street parking, gardens and access to green space, privacy of the house and yard, kitchen and layout of house. The hosts were also very communicative and quick to respond. I also loved that there was a compost option for trash!

nice quiet area but not far from the city centre, house was nice and spacious with all amenities and a peaceful atmosphere. could tell the house was designed and outfitted by a person who cares about their guests. highly reccomended

Everything... The place is managed horrendously. Host's nosy. So, you're always looking over shoulder... Loads of dust and mold everywhere. My recommendation: stay as far away from this place, as you can. As, the host is extremely greedy. And always trying to find reasons to charge more... Stay away!

Fabulous cosy home

Cosy lounge, very clean bathrooms and house.

Maybe removal of baby gate at top of stairs as we didn’t have young children and my mother found the step then tricky with no grab / stair handrail. A couple of warm blankets for the beds would be nice. Some kitchen towels would also be great.
