A stylish, newly-refurbished and comfortable apartment in arguably the best location in Bristol, with a large private garden.
Brand new high-spec kitchen, underfloor heating, smart electric blackout blinds, high speed WiFi, 4K smart TV and a very comfortable king size bed.
A freshly planted and landscaped garden all to yourselves.
Free parking right outside and everything you need within walking distance, including dozens of restaurants and bars, live music and three cinemas.
The space
The bedroom has a king size bed with what some previous guests have described as the most comfortable mattress they've ever slept on, Egyptian cotton sheets, and remote control blackout blinds, ensuring a good night's sleep.
There's a chest of drawers and a wardrobe for your use and plenty of space. The floor is brand new solid oak with underfloor heating.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, a big 4K smart TV (with Sky and TNT sports) and a view out to the garden. In the evenings you can switch the room to chill-out mode by killing the spotlights in favour of the warm and low sidelight and lamp. Light a few tea lights and candles for extra atmosphere.
The kitchen has recently been fitted to a high spec, with Bosch appliances, white quartz worktop, underfloor heating, smart washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave and everything you need for simple cooking. There's a dining area with views into the garden, which doubles as an inspiring workspace.
From the kitchen / diner, you're straight out into the garden. There's a covered area and a large patio which catches the morning light so if it's sunny when you stay, you can start your day with breakfast outside. The whole garden has recently been landscaped and there should always be something in bloom. Down the bottom of the garden is another large patio with a hand made dining table. This end of the garden gets more of the evening light so is great for dining alfresco.
The flat has a private entrance, and the whole flat and garden are private to you only.

It was a very nice quaint British home with a welcoming ambience. The amenities were great and the kitchen had all the equipment needed for our cooking. The rooms were well stocked and neatly maintained. We had a great experience with our family in the beautiful clean home with lots of joy.
