Было сложно открыть электронный замок, я пробовал много раз, писал в поддержку и к сожалению ответ был не самым быстрым, хорошо что я прилетел не ночью, а то было бы обидно сидеть у двери. Так же в квартире нет вентиляторов и кондиционеров, а когда за окном даже ночью +30 это невыносимо, я очень плохо спал от жары

Die Reinigung ging vergessen. Wurde aber nachgeholt. Dann war alles bestens!

Very neat and clean
The booking confirmation process and identification via the Your Apartment app was very poor, casual attitude of the staff to any issues

The apartment looked lovely and was in a lovely little area with shops and pubs. It was very close to St.Michaels hospital which was the focus of my stay.
Getting in was difficult. There was a code for the front door and for the apartment door. I had been given the wrong code. Getting in every time required a code. The heating wasn’t easy, it took me a couple of days to get it right, Each radiator needed adjusting separately. The mattress I guess was cheap and was uncomfortable. There wasn’t really anywhere comfortable to sit. I used the oven once to heat something up and I removed cooking items first which were greasy which put me off cooking.
