I had the loft apartment which is on the 3rd floor (no 15). The windows (which open flighty, overlook the park and spire behind Berkeley Square - very pleasant). The king size bed was very comfortable and the linen was hotel quality.
The toilet had not been flushed when I checked in and the TV didn’t work (I let the maintenance team know 3 times and they couldn’t fix it). There are a lot of apartments in this property so there is quite a bit of noise. The toilet for one of the rooms is directly outside the door of number 15. I wore earplugs so was able to shut out any noise. This apartment got extremely hot and because you can’t open the windows, it’s very difficult to dispel the hot air.

Location and ease of access.
Mattress, duvet and pillows all need replacing. Not up to standard in this decade. Felt 20 years old.
