Location good. Clear instructions. Good communication.

Brilliantly situated warm, welcoming and comfortable flat on ground floor.
The location was great for Clifton. Bus stops, train station, food shops and cafe/restaurants are all within short walking distance. The flat was warm, welcoming, well equipped and comfortable. We loved the quirky decor. A lovely lounge/kitchen/dining area with all required facilities and equipment. We appreciated the cloths and washing up liquid. Separate clean bathroom with toilet and lovely shower. Lots of towels and toiletries/loo rolls provided. Two small double bedrooms with comfortable firm mattress and plenty of pillows. Good storage. We travelled as two single women - I’m not sure my husband and I would have been comfortable in the four poster which seemed quite small? But perfect for me on my own. Good communication from owner - there if you needed him, but not intrusive. For the very noise sensitive, there was some noise from nearby night life and from other flats in the house but nothing that affected us adversely. Free WiFi. Used own Netflix and Disney accounts on TV.
Check in is late at 4pm. (I think you can pay extra to check in earlier) The lighting to the flat from the road is non existent - use a phone or a torch for safety. The road itself is also very dark and bins are everywhere!

Quirky, fun apartment.
The apartment was very quirky and welcoming the lounge area was very comfortable and well equipped. Easy to find and good location
The four poster bed wasn’t the comfiest, doors slammed especially the bathroom door due to the handle being broken. Could hear people going up and down the stairs and in the corridor while in bed.

The doors were a little noisy and it took us a while to get used to not banging them accidentally! But a very minor detail.

Stylish Banksy themed apmnt
Quirky and stylish 2 bed apartment in the heart of Clifton. Banksy fans will love this place. Lots of kitchen facilities and comfy beds. Right next to all the restaurants and shops but without hearing any of the noise from the main rd down the street.
We stayed in a really cold part of Feb so would have liked it a bit warmer but the host showed us where to find an extra heater which helped loads.
