Great stay in a high end luxury apartment, with attention to finer details needed but on the whole was great

Apartments were like new, and the fixtures and fittings were of a very high quality - someone has spent a lot of time and money on renovating this property. Location was perfect for Clifton Village and weekend parking was right outside and free.

Didn’t appreciate having to give a copy of my ID and credit card details to pay a £140 refundable damage deposit (still not returned 48 hours after leaving). Neither of these things were detailed on the booking.com page before booking. We only had 1 hand towel between 4 of us, and only 3 wine glasses, 3 mugs etc. Overall cleanliness was good but skirting boards and ledges were dusty and corners of shower dirty. Just needs attention to finer details.

A cold stay in the digital world

Spacious clean, ok location

Tedious check-in online had to be done outside in the cold. It was 3 degrees and no heating on in the flat, and heater in bedroom didn't work (too digital). the staff didnt take it seriously/ignored phone calls, e-mails, whatsapp messages. Didn't respond for 10-11 hrs. Worst customer service ever.

Beware... Very Disappointing

The apartment was nice and spacious. It was in a great area close to conveniences and the town. The email communication was canned but informative. Wifi was good and strong. The train station is close and walkable. There is a convenience store a short distance or a shopping area with Sainsbury's a bit further.

I stayed three nights and I do not recommend this company. It is a accommodation chain with no actual staff on site nor easily contacted. It is expensive for what you get. There is a very strict check-in 3pm and checkout 10am. 10am is too early and very inconvenient. IT'S TOO EARLY! No other accommodations force you out by 10am. On the last morning of my stay I received an email warning from the apartment... "if you didn't pay to have a later checkout... leave before housekeeping arrives otherwise we will charge you £30." It stated they didn't have enough staff to clean the rooms and could not accept being delayed. The kitchen was lacking basic items and although the size of the apartment could accommodate 2-4 people there was only one or two of some dining items. I was left with one roll of toilet paper and I had to purchase my own. The bed was a cheap Ikea bed and the mattress was very uncomfortable and sagging on one side. The pillows were old and flat. The entire apartment left me with a "bare minimum effort for guests" feeling. I hope they will actually do something about my comments instead of just a basic reply.

Lack of communication. You can only talk to the property by email or Wapp, they answer hours later and are not clear. We had to call them by mobile and spend money because they did not send us the instructions to enter the apartment and there is no reception.

Excellent and would stay again

Excellent standard of accommodation from decor to furnishings all of a high standard and all extremely well presented. Great location for the purpose of my stay which was a course at Engineers House.

Nothing to dislike - maybe a few more homely touches like scatter cushions - and a bread board would have been great. Otherwise very good

I stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. Would stay here again.

The location was convenient — just a short walk from the train station and easy to get to Clifton, shops and nearby areas. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed. WiFi and the coffee machine and all other amenities worked perfectly, and the bed was really comfortable. Convenient key code door entry system. Customer service was very helpful and responsive when I needed it.

The Paint Finish in the property was superb! really good attention to detail.

Unfortunately there where no duvets out for the children - I had to contact the owners to arrange and had to go and get the duvets from a store cupboard.

Fake and disappointing

The location

Dark and dingy, bed shoved up against the wall, TV didn’t work ‘Garden views’ were of a wall. Even the toilet was cramped and squashed in under the sink. Whole place smelled of smoke and someone had left their cigarette filters on the couch and a bit of old cake in the fridge. When I complained they did not reply until I had chased repeatedly and offered a paltry refund, then tried to charge £40 to send a charger I had left. Absolute charlatans.

Stressing warm and would not stay again

It was very clean .Kitchen was well equipped .Bathroom was good .looked lovely for one person not really 2 and I would say more suited to a male .

It was like a furnace with only a fan for cooling down.The room was very small with a double 4poster bed in no wardrobe only a small short hanging space .The sight stated large king size bed and large room .it was definitely not that .And trying to get in was a joke it took 90 mins to get someone to send us a code by the time we got in we were so stressed .if they had said when we booked that they needed more information and photo id / slash passport/driving licence we would have sorted it .instead they said thank you that is your room booked .Then when we got to the room we had to ring them several times to eventually sort getting in .If you are coming in by train it is quite a long walk and all up hill to get to it is the other side of town .It says 1/1/2 miles from town centre which we mistakenly thought it was near train station but it’s the opposite side of town.That was our mistake just thought people should be aware .

the photos shown on the booking com is certainly not belong the house that we rented. they pbuslihed the high standart flats which they dont mention delibaretly you cannot open the windows on the basement floor. you cannot get fresh air and and smell of meals and people you stay at the house cannot change moreove its dagngereous if a fire breaks out you cannot escape from the windows to the garden we rented for 8 nights at least once in a week sby could ve come and clean the house of course no discount of ten percent as they promised since we booked over booking

Super self-contained ground floor apartment in quiet and tree-lined location.

Didn't want to leave this beautiful little apartment in superb part of Bristol. Very newly furbished and furnished. Sat back from quiet tree-lined road. 15 minute walk to either Clifton Village or Whiteladies Road for restaurants, bars, shops etc. 5 mins to Alma Vale Road and pub. Very comfy bed, pillows, all facilities, shower was excellent.

A little too much furniture crammed into the main room. Doesn't need two tables. TV is way too big (did use it though). Four poster bed frame adds to clutter feel. Minor point - there were no coasters or mats to rest hot drinks and food plates - didn't want to stain the new furniture! Bathroom extractor fan / system was not working. Inside digital access keypad is temperamental. All minor points.

I did not like the decor but that’s personal taste. Too busy and loud. Slightly expensive at almost £200 a night when a hotel might be cheaper but the location for visiting student son is great.
