Lovely apartment, well located
Terrible check in experience. I received several messages in different places (whatsapp, email, app, booking.com) with different content. When it came to check in, I had the building address and access pin but not apartment number. I was arriving late at night (pre-arranged) with a young child and I couldn't get hold of any staff for an hour or more. We were considering finding a hotel. We only finally got access with help of a neighbour and not in bed until 1am, causing a lot of stress on Father's Day, the reason for our trip, due to little sleep. If multiple means of communication are being used, it would be better for Your Apartment to send the same information to all of the places. As it turned out, it was like a midnight riddle. I've never been shut out of accommodation at checkin in all my many years of travel
