The location was perfect as we needed somewhere close to the university as attending something there. Spotlessly clean and well equipped.
Bit disappointed that the room we were allocated bore no resemblance to the one on the website. A lot of stairs. Temperature was too hot. Had people ringing the buzzer late at night asking to be let in.

Mattress poor on the sofa bed and no power socket next to one of the beds

Very clean and good location
Obvious that hearing had been off a long time - was very cold and took ages to heat- there were no curtains on 2 windows and so that let the cold in too. The oven also did not work
The front door was not secure for most of our stay and was buzzing
