Designed for the perfect city break, this spacious home is set across four floors, offering plenty of room for friends and family to relax and enjoy time together - whether cooking in the kitchen or relaxing in front of the TV, which features a range of movie and sports channels. Ideally located in the peaceful Hotwells neighbourhood, the house is just a short walk from Clifton Village, Bristol Harbourside and the SS Great Britain, making it the perfect base for exploring some of the best Bristol has to offer!

On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a stylish and spacious open-plan living/dining area with TV, dining table and large doors leading to a patio garden. On the first floor, there is also a separate, comfortable lounge with a TV, providing an additional space to relax and unwind.

Guests can cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a coffee machine, air fryer, and a spacious island. There is a dining table that seats six, perfect for socialising and enjoying shared meals.
🛏️BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The house comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms, with two bedrooms located on the second floor and two on the third floor. Two of the rooms feature king-size beds, while the remaining two offer comfortable double beds. Each bedroom provides the perfect space to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.
There are four bathrooms in total: a convenient ground-floor WC with a toilet and sink, a first-floor family bathroom featuring a waterfall shower over a free-standing bathtub, and two additional en-suites located on the second and third floors.

Guests can enjoy a private patio garden with a comfortable outdoor sofa, perfect for relaxing in the sun! Nearby, Argyle Place Park offers a pleasant green area and playground.

Parking permits for up to two vehicles are available on request from the host in advance and cost £5 per day.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The kitchen is one of the highlights – it's spacious, modern, and very well-equipped. One thing to note is that this home has quite a few stairs! With four floors, you'll get a bit of a workout, but it wasn't a problem for us and we found it rather unique. The layout is very functional: the main floor houses the dining room, kitchen, living room, and a half bathroom. On the second floor, there is another living room with two couches that could be used for sleeping if needed, as well as a newly renovated bathroom. The third floor has two bedrooms, one with an attached bathroom, and the fourth floor also has two bedrooms, one of which includes an attached bathroom. The home is located on a residential block with a fairy steep road. Street parking is available with a permit from the owner. There is a walking pathway that leads to a cute area of town with lots of cafes, shops, and restaurants. Although it's uphill, the walk is only about 10 minutes and quite pleasant. Additionally, you can catch a bus down the hill to anywhere in Bristol. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider staying here again!
