About this house rental

Our house has been designed with a focus on space, comfort and practicality. Each of our five bedrooms offers a quality mattress and bedding, ample storage, and a dedicated desk space – ideal for anyone working from home. The house is laid out over three floors, with five bedrooms, three modern bathrooms and an additional WC.

As environmentalists, energy efficiency was at the forefront of our planning in refurbishing this 1880s house. We have limited our usage of fossil fuels and are proud to own the only home in the area with an Energy Performance Certificate rating of a B! We plan to continue making improvements to ensure that our home is as sustainable as it is luxurious.

🏡SOCIAL SPACES & ENTERTAINMENT
Guests can enjoy an open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dining table and a living area with a TV. Throughout the house, you will find pieces from our extensive art collection, bringing vibrant colour to the different rooms!

🍳KITCHEN
There is a fully equipped kitchen in the living area for guests to prepare, cook and enjoy meals together.

🛏️BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Comfortably sleeping up to eight guests, the property has five king-size beds across five bedrooms and is laid out over three floors: one en-suite bedroom on the first floor, along with an additional downstairs toilet; two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the second floor; and two bedrooms and a small bathroom in the loft on the third floor.

🌿OUTDOOR SPACE
The rear doors open out onto a sunny garden, complete with furniture for enjoying breakfast and a coffee al fresco!

🚗 PARKING & LOCATION
There is free on-street parking, and no permits are required. The property is close to bus stops, making it easy to access local areas and the city centre, and there are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby!

This was a modern house with all the home comforts. There were 5 bedrooms over 3 floors and each floor had its own bath/shower room, making it perfect for our large family. Very pleasant kitchen/lounge area with a huge Sky Glass TV which was great for when we settled in at night to watch the football or a film. Great location just off Gloucester Road, with a large Co-Op nearby. Lots of bars, restaurants and coffee shops locally and buses every couple of minutes into the city centre.

We loved the way the house had been renovated, it had everything you could want for a holiday. The location was perfect too.

The property doesn't look that amazing from the outside, but the interior has been very nicely renovated. The kitchen has everything you might need, the bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. The outside area needs some looking after, but the location is very convenient for the Gloucester road, restaurants, bars and a really good bus service into town.
