As environmentalists, energy efficiency was at the forefront of our planning in refurbishing this 1880s house. We have limited our usage of fossil fuels and are proud to own the only home in the area with an Energy Performance Certificate rating of a B! We plan to continue making improvements to ensure that our home is as sustainable as it is luxurious.

Guests can enjoy an open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dining table and a living area with a TV. Throughout the house, you will find pieces from our extensive art collection, bringing vibrant colour to the different rooms!

There is a fully equipped kitchen in the living area for guests to prepare, cook and enjoy meals together.
🛏️BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Comfortably sleeping up to eight guests, the property has five king-size beds across five bedrooms and is laid out over three floors: one en-suite bedroom on the first floor, along with an additional downstairs toilet; two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the second floor; and two bedrooms and a small bathroom in the loft on the third floor.

The rear doors open out onto a sunny garden, complete with furniture for enjoying breakfast and a coffee al fresco!
🚗 PARKING & LOCATION
There is free on-street parking, and no permits are required. The property is close to bus stops, making it easy to access local areas and the city centre, and there are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby!

Our house has been designed with the focus on space, comfort & practicality. Each of our five bedrooms offer quality mattresses and bedding, ample storage, and desk spaces - ideal for anyone working from home!
On entering the property you will find the first bedroom with en suite and an open-plan kitchen diner, furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
