Amazing location for a large group to stay in Bristol City Centre, but no luxuries.

The location is by far and away the biggest appeal of the property. The ability to house a large group so close to the city centre is definitely a USP. The host company were also very pleasant, easy to deal with and accomodating.

The fixtures within the house are showing signs of age. In particular a couple of beds which are well past their best. But also, light bulbs were missing, one of the kitchen benches in danger of collapse and the utensils could also do with being updated - some of the pans are pretty gross. We stayed as a group of 9 and there was enough space, just. A larger group would have struggled, particularly 14 people sharing 2 bathrooms.

Great house for groups for a long weekend.

Location was great, much bigger than I thought it would be. Perfect kitchen for socialising in. All beds singles which was very convenient. Lots of parking nearby.

Lack of bathrooms but manageable. Some of the mattresses and the kitchen sofa are a little tired, could do with replacing. The time of check out was too early.

Great property for a Bristol Hen or Stag do

We stayed here as a Hen Party of 11 women in their early 30s. The property was great for this purpose and I would recommend it for Hens and Stags who are mainly going to be out and about in Bristol (versus doing a lot of things in the house). It is a great location. It was a 20 minute walk max to the city centre restaurants and bars, and much less than that to the harbourside walk.

The levels of cleanliness were passable, but not up to the standards I would have in my own home. Sheets and towels all very clean, but the rest of the house, whilst clean on the surface, was a little tired. For example, the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was clean but stained with past mildew, etc. For us, and our purpose as a Hen Party, this wasn’t a huge problem. This property is great for it’s purpose - lower cost than similar sized properties in Bristol for Hens, Stags, and similar other friend get togethers.

Really good weekend base for a group of friends to catch up

The location for what we had planned was brilliant. We certainly got our steps in walking around the house. Loved the kitchen diner layout.

For the amount of people that the house can accommodate, the main bathroom could be split and an extra toilet may be put in

Central location, big and open social area. Well equipped.

Exactly what we needed for a Hen weekend away. The sofa beds in the picture have been changed to actual beds which was great for our group.

There are a lot of stairs and then main kitchen area is two floors below street level. Didn’t bother us but could be an issue for others.

Very disappointing property. Not good value for money in its current state.

Property was very shabby and uncared for. Not particularly clean Many things broken eg cupboard doors, room door latches Unsafe stairs as bannister loose, protruding nails on treads Radiator cover not fixed to wall Front door split Lights not working Garden very untidy and not safe for the children, cigarette ends not cleared up Many other little things that just gave a very sad appearance to the property. In need of a good spring clean Communication between booking.com and air360 cumbersome for me to negotiate who to talk to.

Awful, gutted, devastated and feel totally ripped off.

Not a lot, am raising dispute as property was awful and not as adverised. Paid for two nights but so bad left after one.

Smelly, dirty. Run down and not clean. Not covid safe. Rip off
