Harbour House Bristol

We liked the kitchen and lounge. Bathrooms were clean plenty of hot water and lovely products. Good storage. Comfortable beds with quality bedding.

The road immediately to the front of the property was very noisy, all night long, continuous traffic to include ambulances and police, absolutely no let up. The third bedroom had a 3/4 bed so wasn’t suitable for two people so one of our ladies had to sleep on the sofa (not the sofa bed as this wasn’t comfortable) . The lounge wasn’t really big enough to seat 6 comfortably, needs another comfortable chair not a hard small stool. First set of stairs had no hand rail. No battery in remote control. Front door was really hard to open.

Great house. Very nicely presented. Lots of space for 6 adults. Great location.

The house was lovely. It was well equipped and as the name suggests it is right on the harbour.

We were there during the recent heat wave and the bedroom were very hot! If you opened the windows to allow some cooler night air in we struggled with noise as Hotwell Road is an arterial road and never goes quiet. With the windows shut the rooms were incredibly stuffy..... I hope that as these heatwaves become more regular then the owners need to look at cooling fans for the bedrooms. Parking is an issue.
