Great people and very convenient

Excellent location within easy walk of the city centre. Discount applied because of scaffolding and works around the building.

Unfortunately the lift to the underground car park failed during my stay, necessitating taking luggage down steps from the ground floor.

Close to most things, clean, roomy, comfortable with good services. Staff were absolutely brilliant.

One of the lifts did not work but the other was working fine so it didn’t matter too much.

staff very helpful, it was very clean and modern. the location was excellent, very near all attractions. it was very comfy, beds and bedding very comfy, loads of storage. we were in deluxe family room.

A fabulous family trip to Bristol in a beautiful apartment.

Great apartment, from booking to checking in and checking out, all went really smoothly. Alexandru was very helpful. Even with building works this doesn't take away from the beautiful apartment which is finished to a high standard. Perfect location and worked perfectly for us for our family stay in Bristol. Car parking was easily arranged and worked really well for our stay.

Great location, great apartment, attentive hosts - would stay again

Location was great, staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms spacious, kitchen well equipped. Even washing up liquid, sponges and dishwasher tabs plus tea towel and oven gloves. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash plus soaps and toilet rolls provided. Washing machine/tumble drier very handy - bring some washing powder if you want to use it. Had a minor complaint about a smell in the room, strong cooking smells absorbed into sofa, as soon as I told them they sorted it, replacing cushion covers and spraying. Smell gone! Brilliant.

We knew about the scaffolding etc, but it was a shame it was more of a tarpaulin cover than a net cover so had no idea what the weather was like, let alone see anything. Not their fault though and we knew. There was noise from local bars into the evening, nothing major or too late but there were also a few times we were disturbed in the night with people shouting outside or a police siren going off - something to expect from city Centre though.

Superb

Super central, yet quite quiet considering. Lovely apartment, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, decent shower with great water pressure and really hot water. Clean throughout the apartment AND the whole building. All the staff (front desk, cleaners, maintenance, EVERYONE!) were friendly, professional and basically amazing. The whole experience from the communication after booking & prior to check-in, during my stay and the numerous requests and questions I had, and at check-out & after my stay the WHOLE team were brilliant.

Honestly nothing at all... Even a minor issue I had with the washing machine once, and the microwave once were both very swiftly sorted without any fuss. Excellent customer service all round!

It’s location was excellent - so easy to get all around the city. It’s nice and secure. The kitchen was stocked really well too.

The beds were quite small and so was the couch. It was very warm in the flat but there were some fans which helped. no parking on-site so had to get something somewhere else.
