Location, quiet even though near busy areas. Easy to find and use. Comfortable.
Front access code didn’t always work so had to walk to rear gate, but not a big problem.

The property is in good condition with great facilities. It is along a quiet and secure alleyway and faces the sun. It doesn't have air-conditioning and the windows are only open a small amount but plenty of fans were provided to help with the heat. Even so, it was extremely hot.

Good location, good facilities
Park at the back at all hours had drug addicts present who would approach you every time you left the gates, bar across the road was extremely loud on Thursday night so couldn’t have the patio door or windows open so was very hot
