The property is in good condition with great facilities. It is along a quiet and secure alleyway and faces the sun. It doesn't have air-conditioning and the windows are only open a small amount but plenty of fans were provided to help with the heat. Even so, it was extremely hot.

The property is very nice, well decorated and very clean, with all the things you need.
It was very hot inside the property in the warm weather. Aircon would be a great addition. There was a lot of noise from seagulls and the pub next door so you couldn’t leave the door open to get a through breeze.

Although the apartment was in the centre of Bristol it was so quiet.
Lovely to come back to a warm apartment after being out all day (in the rain!)
Easy access from the railway station.
Added security of being a gated complex.
Some instructions as to how to work the appliances would be useful, we managed but never did find out how to switch the heated towel rail or the extractor fan on.
A few more items of crockery would also be useful.
