Overall property was decent, spacious with good facilities.
Issues with the en-suite Shower leaking with low pressure, with both showers being on at the same time and issues with the heating in two of the rooms.
We are given the incorrect Door Entry code to the building itself, leaving us outside for 20 minutes. With no way to contact customer service (it was 10:00pm), we got in with the assistance of other tenants in the building. Without this assistance. we would've been unable to access the property until customer service opening hours the following day. This, coupled with a delayed Christmas/New Years opening hours message sent a fortnight after it would have been relevant (Review dated 18/01), shows a lack of care and negligence on behalf of Hopewell.
