Bristol City Stays - Cabot Circus

Great location, clean and comfy facilities, easy check-in process.

Nothing, as expected.

Great location - right next to Cabot Circus but the street itself is quiet. Got lots of information sent in advance which was helpful. The place is nicely decorated and the shower was great as well. We had a small issue with the oven but the host replied to my text very quickly and helped us to sort it out. The flat was easy to find and we enjoyed using it as a base for exploring Bristol.

Could do with a few small improvements just to make the experience better. Somewhere to store clothes would be good, maybe a bedside table with bigger drawers on either side. A separate bin in the flat for recycling would be useful as well. Found that the pillows weren't very substantial, would have been good to have spares. Also they provided tea and coffee etc but not really enough for the duration of the stay. There were only two teabags and a couple of small sachets of milk and coffee - not really enough for two people for 3 nights. There was a jar of instant coffee in the cupboard that was completely solidified so not sure how long that's been there... There were also things left in the fridge by previous guests. The guests next to us were also quite loud (though this isn't the fault of the host), but maybe just to be aware that you are in close proximity. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the hallway and they also continued to leave the gate and front door unlocked. These things didn't really impact our stay but just worth mentioning anyway. Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt it was good value for money.

Location, cleanliness and space

Not enough mirrors

The location was great. Parking convenient

The property was extremely loud. There was a lot of noise from outside. There were 3 windows,2 had broken blinds. Only 2 had curtains so the room flooded with light as soon as the sun came up. Works were taking place on a property downstairs at 8am on our first morning. Extremely loud work, drilling, sanding hammering etc. I sent a message to say I was unhappy which was ignored. Do not stay here without an eye mask and some earplugs
