Close to the city and alot of amenities which was handy.

Excess furniture for place, felt cramped and excessive.
Felt very unsafe in the area, especially at night (nothing to do with the place though).
I understand its a basement flat, but you can hear EVERYTHING from the residents above you and they have a very noisy dog.
Washing machine needs fixing - was making loud squealing noises.
Piping by front door is a trip hazard.
Lights above Bed are way too low.

The code had to be reset.
The flat could use some painting as there was peeling paint in the bedroom and living room. Also lots of patches where there has been previous damage. Could offer extra towels. Kitchen was bare bones and could use some extra kitchen/cookware, even some cleaning materials and the pans in the kitchen were not clean from previous use and had to get cleaned before use. Also, flat was kinda cold and extra blanket for sitting and watching tv would have been nice.
