Good place to stay for a few days, and cozy accomodation which is essential for families.
Comfortable beds, with good heating and lighting. Cot was provided and it was good, stable and clean. The bedding and towels provided were all clean, where extra cushions and duvets were also provided. Location is good as it’s right next to lots of shops on a high street (barbers/restaurants/perrol station), the gem being a corner shop right opposite to buy essentials when needed.
There’s no windows or vent in the bathroom. The private parking is very difficult to get to, as the road leading to it is extremely narrow. There should be a stairgate at the top of the stairs for families with toddlers/children. The drain in the bathroom sink was clogged before we arrived.

Great, but.....
Very warm, comfortable and clean inside. Good WiFi and facilities.
Only 4 coffee pods available for the coffee machine, all decaf. Very narrow lane to access the parking. Outside wasn't very welcoming and looked a bit unkempt. The neighbour was playing guitar and singing loudly until gone 4am which kept us awake.

The location was very good. The Wi-Fi and tv options were good. The shower was good. Owner was responsive.
The property needs a bit of TLC. All the doors creaked hugely, the single chair in the lounge is falling apart & creaked. The sink taps were either very stiff or back to front. There was nothing in the kitchen to wipe surfaces with or a tea towel. We didn’t think the kitchen was very clean. The oven has seen better days, the digital display doesn’t work at all & the fan cooking option didn’t work. The hob hood needs cleaned. The side of bath needs cleaned. Parking alley way is uncomfortably narrow. Next door seems to have a number of young lads staying and they were often chatting out the back late at night, one particular night at 3.30am

Perfect for short stay in Bristol
Located on a main bus route so perfect for travelling (but not noisy), the apartment caters for all needs, generously equipped with kitchen bits,, sofa, TV with Netflix, Spotify etc + the flat had plenty of nearby amenities!

Clean and comfortable. Coffe, tea, milk and cereals available made our breakfast very easy. We had an issue and mark resolved it very quickly

Great location for the centre of Bristol. Parking space was a plus. Comfortable beds and clean basic living space.
