Orchard by UTDM

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and has all the necessary amenities. It also seems freshly renovated and was clean. It didn't get too hot even though the temperatures outside were well above 30°C. The building also has lovely common spaces (with Aircon) that the guests can use. The contact with a Team managing the rental was very fast and smooth. And lastly, the location is great, very close to North Street!

The supply of toiletries was minimal - only 100ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and not even full. There was no hand soap. And only 2 toilet rolls for a 5-night stay. Had to get toiletries and paper rolls by myself. The personal check-in was nice and there was no issues with delaying that, but I still felt awkward and stressed that I need to constantly check the time and rush just because the plane was delayed.

Location was excellent and the apartment was fantastic.

Parking was quite restricted but we managed to find off street nearby.

Being there for pleasure, the location was perfectly located. All the forniture were new and smell of good quality wood. Would fit also for a long term rent

Maybe just needs a usual deeper clean. For the rest nothing to claim

Heel netjes, ruim appartement, rustig en nieuw. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

Het zou fijn zijn als er een koffiezetapparaat komt. Verder was het fantastisch!
