Good location, easy 8 minute walk from Temple Meads station. Sainsburys Local 5 minute walk from property. Around a 20 minute walk to city centre but we got an Uber for £8 as it was hot. We walked back later in the evening. Comfy beds, quiet area and has free parking for 2 cars.

Couple of suggestions. We stayed during a heat wave and there was one fan downstairs but it was a cheap usb type fan that didn't have a charger. property team did a fantastic job getting a charger for me but sadly the fan was ridiculously noisy and didn't actually circulate any air! I think the way the UK summers are going it would be a good idea to have a proper tower fan downstairs and an electric fan upstairs in each of the bedrooms. we found coffee pods in one of the cupboards but no coffee machine and the property description does say there is a machine. Again didn't really matter as we had a kettle but perhaps this should be updated. Sofa in the property is also a sofa bed but due to its mechanism you can only sit three adults on it as the middle part is hard metal. Our 4th friend had to sit on a dining chair.

It was a lovely stay, I stayed with my friend. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, very spacious. The kitchen had all the basic facilities needed. Very close to the station and city centre. Good Location, it was very quiet at night time. Not too much to fault. Very good price and value for money. Easy to retrieve the keys from the lock box and good communication from staff.

Clean and well equipped. Good location.

Biggest issue was that each bed only had one flat pillow. The beds had no topper and were hard. The sofa bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Nowhere to sit and chill. The heating would not turn down and the house was hot.
