I would not recommend this apartment stay, unfortunately. My initial room was dirty — the shower was unclean, the carpet and curtains were stained, and there was a terrible smell. I was moved from a "Grand" room to Room 19 (“Elite”), but it’s at the front of the building, so traffic and hallway noise made sleep impossible, and the carpet was also stained. Both rooms had incredibly dim lighting, so if you plan to stay in the room from late afternoon onwards (especially in winter), it becomes a very dark environment. I truly believed this would be a luxury apartment, but the rooms do not match the quality shown in the marketing images and are in need of refurbishment. I stayed only 1 of 3 nights due to sheer disappointment, as I genuinely expected a beautiful apartment and experience. The management only offered a 10% refund, which was completely unfair given how disappointing the experience was.

Parking was ok I have a large vehicle so it wasn’t super easy but I managed. The building and apartment were tidy and well presented. But then my problems began. The apartment did feel a bit oversold nothing like the pictures sent! The main room was boiling the bathroom was freezing! No thermostat that I could find?!.. the old widows actually were drafty the blinds actually moving! The tv was impossible to navigate again no guide the remote so worn I couldn’t know what I was pressing. The bed was sunken in the middle so even getting out of bed was hard! To be fair everything else was ok. But added to all that I had very ignorant neighbours above who were noisy arguing talking loudly banging everything! And music playing loudly right up to the moment I packed my bags and left! I understand they can’t control guests… but with all the other issues I won’t be using Your apartment again.

The option to stay in serviced apartment was excellent. It provided flexibility/choice when it came to food as we could eat in or eat out. It was great for a small group as there were two bed (twin or could be put together as a double) and a double sofa bed. The apartment was clean and had good facilities. The location was great, and it was wonderful to have parking available on site at no additional charge.

Looking at the photos they shared we thought this would be a great stay but that quickly turned when we entered the “apartment” and realized it was really just a hostel charging hotel prices. The photos were extremely deceiving and the apartment didn’t feel clean at all( photos below) the carpet was covered in hair and the bathroom had rust and mold! Prior to the stay we requested a late checkout and was offered until noon which was very kind but when we arrived back at the room at 11:37am we found the door open, our bags and belongings all moved, and the cleaning crew already in their preparing the next guest. I understand there was a misunderstanding but this is a serious security risk. I raised all this to the Your Apartment Clifton team and they had nothing to say about it. Hotels.com tried to help too but the provider said they refused to provide a refund or any explanation for what happened…Stay Clear

I'll admit it, after reading some of the reviews, my expectations were low but th property is excellent, very clean, very well equipped, free parking and smooth checkin. Very attentive in that they sent an email asking for a rating mid-way through my stay, i said 4 stars because i didnt sleep well because of the tv from the next room... they apologised and said theyd speak to them and nothing the next night, very impressed indeed. I'd highly recommend and I will be staying again.

The property was more compact than expected but still very nice, bit disappointed that only one chair, so to eat had to sit on bed. Plus you have no control over heating , which wasnt on luckily it wasnt cold.

Quiet with useful transport links. One toilet roll for four people for three days was over-economising. Three towels for four people was equally economising. Entrance code had been changed from that published without notice. We needed to phone to gain access. It was bijou for two adults and two teens.

Do not stay here I stay in hotels houses & apartments all over the uk with work and this has to be one of the worst for rip of The area is very dangerous although it is ment to be nice times have changed and it’s not safe at all & we are fit construction workers The apartments let to anyone and there also rats hanging about If you try to change booking thy charge you full amount regardless We didn’t get the key codes till late at night and we had to keep calling them for it Even though booked and deposit paid & authorised Forget about parking if you can park you will be boxed in of have no wheels Left Apartment is put together on a very cheap budget and all they care about is making money We had no running water in the toilet when we turned up and did not get fixed for 2 days even though there is ment to be maintenance on site The whole place smells terrible as well Hotels .com will be taking this off there site

Décor, cleanliness, sound insulation all absolutely great. No reception meaning everything has to be done through an app and emails. My experience was truly awful. Also, late check-in early check-out and nowhere to leave bags. Causes me huge issues with taxis and storage. Such a shame as a great room in a great location.

Average. Did not like being in the basement. Room had bad lighting, making it dingy and difficult to read. On second night we were given access to a co working space ( brilliant) because I was finding it very difficult to do any work, but told it was only available during office hours, which was pointless. As I needed to work in the evening.

We booked what looked like a really nice Design Apartment with plenty of space, a sofa bed, and a table and four chairs. On arrival we discovered we had been allocated a tiny studio room (couldn't even get round to one side of the bed) with barely room for two to sit at the table squeezed into the space at the bottom of the bed. We had booked and paid for the Design Apartment so we could host a family celebratory evening meal. Ruined the entire point of staying there. I phoned up straight away and was told this is what we had booked. It wasn't - the receipt clearly shows 'Design Apartment'. All other apartments were taken so we couldn't be moved anyway. We were really upset - been planning the meal for over a month. In addition to that, there was fungus growing in a patch on the ceiling, which was gross (see photo). There was only one bath towel and one hand towel between the two of us, so one of us had to dry with a wet towel after showering. The shower drain was blocked so dirty water (someone else's?) backed up into the shower while using it. The toilet paper was the cheapest single ply you can buy. At least the kitchen area and the bedding were clean. But we paid over the odds for 2 nights for this thinking it would be a really special graduation event. So upsetting. Never again. If you are going to reject this review for a third time I want a detailed explanation as to why.

The property was perfect for us. Had a little kitchen, bed and shower. All clean and easy to access. The car park was a little small though and as it was busy it was quite tight. All in all though a great little apartment. Would definitely use again.

The place was spotless and had little touches to help make the stay comfortable. We had a minor issue with one of the apartments, but customer service was quick to deal with it and we really appreciated that. Overall a nice stay with great location, car parking is quite limited though.

Beautiful house in a great quiet location with allocated private parking. Check-in was very simple and apartment was well appointed. Comfy bed and fluffy towels! Room was a little pokie and could really do with some maintenance and cleaning. Broken lightbulb for the main light, rickety chairs, uncontrollable heating, basin balanced on the pedestal and not fastened to the wall at all, visibly soiled toilet 😕 This could be amazing, but it's just ok. Clean it and fix it and we'll be definitely be back.
