Comfortable apartment in good location.

Nice, clean property in a good central location for everything we needed in Bristol.

Parking was very tight if there was another car on the drive, meaning I had to find alternative parking on the first night.

Nice and quiet with all you need…comfortable apartment with all facilities you need…close of all restaurants,pubs,hospital,college and city center with a private parking which was very helpful

location was excellent and flat spacious

the flat smelled of cigarettes and horrible air freshener, the crockery was very limited eg one wine glass that was plastic. Beds were like hammocks to sleep on.

disappointing.

the central location and parking convenience. the layout of the property was good.

the accommodation was tatty and tired, under resourced, and not of an acceptable standard. the dressing table mirror was broken, the kitchen was dirty with only 3 cups and saucers, plus one expresso shot cup. Some drawer handles were missing, one bar stool was broken, the fridge had a broken tray and no light. The freezer door was only hanging on at the top, the toilet seat didn’t fit and generally it missed the feeling that anyone cared.

Good in parts and location but unfortunately the price doesn't match the facilities that were needed

Good location, place was spacious and staff accommodated the dog. Heating was good. Dishwasher and shower

Lack of facilities such as wine glasses, barely any glasses for 4 people, 4 plates, cutlery was dirty, ladel had tomato sauce on it. Coffee stains up the wall and beds were small. One roll of toilet roll around 4 people. Sofa was dirty and crumbs on it. All in all not worth the price for 2 days without much facilities.

The apartment was in a great location and was big enough for the 5 of us staying.

The location was great, the apartment was well equipped for a self catering stay also.

The apartment wasn’t particularly clean. The sofa was full of crumbs, stains on the chairs that were at the breakfast bar and the floors were dusty and hadn’t been hoovered properly.

Lack of cleanliness and care. Grotty! Expected better for the price.

The rooms were dark for sleeping

Cleanliness, floors dirty, sofa filthy, no curtains in front room for sofa bed, patio area dirty -cigarette butts on floor, tiny bin in kitchen, no dishwasher tabs left, only 1 loo roll left, no bin liners left for tiny bin, whole flat smelt damp, not enough mugs, no Prosecco/wine glasses, freezer totally frozen up. 1 bedroom window would not open for fresh air. Poor bedroom furniture, no wardrobe in second room. Sorry to leave bad review but we were very disappointed. Needs a little time and money putting back in to bring up to a decent standard.

black mould in shower and on bathroom ceiling truly awful . we got locked into double bedroom couldn’t open door ! central heating was very odd - freezing cold not enough towels for 4 people no bottle opener or big frying pan or grill pan edges of kitchen units lethal - ripped clothes on the jagged edges sticking out flat was not well cleaned . disappointed

Disappointing, wanted to leave within the first hour.

It has everything to be a great place, clean bed sheets, Location is the key. If you are looking for somewhere close to the city centre, cheap and want to eat out, then this will do.

There are many damaged or poorly maintained items that could be overlooked if it was not for the following: Patio door was open when we arrived. A number of strange items found in the draws, the most interesting was the medicine, post/bills, money... Not clean (COVID rules not followed), cigarette buts on the floor everywhere by both doors, broken glass and cigarette buts found in the basin, cooker and hob has not had a proper clean in a very very long time, dishes/cutlery had been put away dirty, black mould in the corners (including next to the dinning room table and in the shower), extractor fan in bathroom accumulating years of dirt, a sticky floor in the bedroom where someone had split a drink and not been cleaned, the list is very very long. It looked like someone had been living in there and just handed over the keys. Small frying-pan not big enough for a family. Parking space is shared with a Land-Rover, with both vehicle together very small. Hot water was intermittent, no chance of a shower, plug in basin not did not work making it almost impossible to do the washing up. Smoke alarm has been fitted outside the bedrooms, but no heat alarm in the kitchen and no carbon monoxide alarm for gas Boiler.

Nicely set out. Good space. Great to have a small outside space for our dog. Comfortable beds.

Lack of some cutlery and plates/bowls. Just enough for the 3 of us that stayed but not enough to have guests round if we wanted. The tv was basic, free view but no other things such as Netflix etc. The tv guide didn’t work. Not the end of the world but if you want to improve the customers experience, a thought. Instructions regarding what to do with waste would be helpful, collection day, which bin to put what waste into.

Very good

We liked the modern style and the look of the apartment. The location is very good, we were able to walk to alot of things. And it was a nice space to keep a dog, as it had the little patio area so he was able to go in and out and you could still see what he is doing from inside.

The apartment was a bit dark and cold. Probably because it is below ground floor, and no direct sunlight was coming in, even on a sunny day. The central heating didn't seem ot be on and it was also a little difficult to work out how it worked. It would have also been helpful if there was some instructions on where to find the bedding for the sofa bed, we improvised for the first night. The handle on the double bedroom door is VERY hard to open from the outside (I did notice there was a different handle on the twin bedroom door). We also notice that there were alot of cobwebs and some spiders, so it could do with a more thorough clean.

Disappointing

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city.

It felt like corners were cut everywhere possible from kitchen equipment to bedding and also decoration. The price they charged this summer was insane for a place of this quality. I hope they use the money to fix it up properly. For instance the back garden would be brilliant if it was kept properly and an upgrade to fixtures would make this a lush stay.

Very poor

The apartment was large, beds were comfortable,bedding spotless. Location is good, we walked to Bristol Zoo.

The large living/dining area is spoiled by a dingy, uncomfortable sofa. The sharp,damaged corner of the kitchen island was a hazard and resulted in torn clothing. There was no tea or coffee -pot and cutlery was scanty, there were no teaspoons. The bathroom was dirty and mouldy, the shower-head was disgusting. Badly laid wooden/laminate flooring had unfinished,raised edges, leading to children stubbing their toes. The so-called garden area was filthy, full of broken and dirty garden-furniture and we dared not let the children into it. The night before we left, water began to pour through the ceiling of the main bedroom, both beds were soaked. The ceiling both here and in the kitchen suggests that this has happened before. The amount we paid would have been fine for a nice, clean, pleasant apartment- this one, as it is now, is a dump!

Good size flat in a great location with private parking

It was all a bit tired; edging coming off kitchen surface, sofa with springs you could feel when you sat down, shower that didn’t work on all settings. The place also smelt musty/damp. Also no supplies; no dishwasher tabs, rinse or salt, less than half a roll of loo paper. I know it’s self catering but you’d think they’d provide enough loo roll to tide you over one night!

Very disappointing for the cost charged.

Chose location because we knew a little of the area. The bed linen & towels were clean.

The property was very disappointing for the cost charged. The accommodation was cold on arrival, the furniture was worn and a mismatch of pieces. The decor was poorly presented. The kitchen had basics but no coffee or tea pot. The freezer was partly frozen up. The WiFi had weak security message so didn’t use it. The parking space was only just enough to park our Ford focus and was very tight against the wall & another car could only just get out of the drivers side.
