2 bedroom cosy cottage with hot tub in hambrook close to Bristol City Centre

The cottage was well placed to visit Bristol and Bath . The garden area is a sun trap with comfortable garden furniture that makes you not want to leave. On a sunny day of course !! The hot tub was clean and well placed near the bathroom that had double doors leading to it. The large garden up the slate stairs would be heaven for children with a tree house and goal and space for them to run around. I loved the old cottage will the modern twists. A well equipped kitchen. TV’s in three rooms - take your pick. The beds were comfortable, toiletries good quality and nice to see extras with robes and slippers for the hot tub. The village pub is fantastic , walking distance with gorgeous pub gardens and great food. Please reserve a table. The white horse at Hambrook. I have stayed in many places for leisure and business and I have to say it was refreshing to have some milk, cold waters, teabags etc On a hot day the cottage had the windows open and a fan if needed. All welcoming vibes. All may seem like basics but certainly not routine now. Thanks Carly a great host and Al your effort was welcomed and appreciated.

Close to a busy road, so quite a lot of traffic noise. Nice walk in the fields behind the house, accessed from the road but had to climb over the big metal gate to get back into the garden.

The host was helpful and we were able to contact her with swift response when needed. Past guests appeared to have broken the sofa bed without reporting this to the owners. When we brought this to the attention of the host she answered our call even though it was late.
