Multiple problems of this place could be put up with for one night, but would not stay for longer periods. Extremely bas

Good location!

- No parking as advertised, this is street parking if there is spaces (minimal) otherwise you have to pay. - Using the kitchen sink caused leaks in the kitchen - Washing machine broken - Gave us the wrong lock code for check in and hard to find as no property number - Beds are uncomfy and unable to open window (although there may be a reason for this?) - Basic facilities and building felt half finished

Centrally located being a five minute walk from Cabot Circus. Competitively priced

Location is a bit questionable in that there is a lot of homelessness and noise at night. The living room window is broken and doesn't close which makes the noise worse. The key box code provided was wrong which caused issues at check in. If this happens to you try adding 1 to the code that you have been provided... The property is advertised as accommodating six people. There are two double beds and a (small) double sofa bed. There is bedding on the beds but no additional bedding for the sofa bed. The host was not very responsive.

The worst place I have stayed in since I was 22 years old, I’m now 74!

Unfortunately there is nothing I liked about the property.

1) I was given an Incorrect code for the key box and by pure luck found the correct one. 2) There are several flats in the property and the owner had not given me the flat number, trial and error found the apartment. 3) It was advertised as having private parking - there is none, it cost me another £24.95 to park, 10 mins away. 4) The fridge was awful and had 2 cartons of very out of date milk. I have a photo if requested. 5) The area unfortunately has many homeless people bedding down - they sang, fought and shouted all night long, no chance of any sleep.

Very basic and well overpriced

Kitchen very poorly stocked. It didn't even have a kettle! The TV didn't work, the lounge window wouldn't stay open, I had to use a saucepan to wedge it open! The accom from the outside had no number on the door and when you got in, you have to play guess the room you're staying in. Apartment full of cheap air fresheners that did not hide the dubious odour emitting from the bathroom.

Unfortunately the property was double booked. The landlord to be fair to him drove down after realising this and offered up an alternative. In the end we stayed in a holiday inn. By the landlord to his credit was apologetic, and helpful. These things happen, service from the landlord was exceptional given the circumstances. Can’t really comment on much else.
