I stayed 10 days in the flat and only two minor problem occurred and stuff kindly solved. Clean, comfortable, well organized everything.

If you want to see historical Bristol without climbing hills, this is the best spot. Locate right between the railway and bus stations. Kitchen and washing machine are savers, especially if you fly in and stay for a significant period of time. At the time of writing, there is construction going on on the facade of the building. Which means construction dust coming into the apartment should you open the windows, and a very unpleasant view should you open curtains. Carpet in the bedroom was smelly... The team tried to compensate it by installing a smell diffuser but... truly... this is not a solution to the problem.

Great apartment with excellent host. Parking on site which is convenient but expensive. Apartment has everything you need and right in the heart of town. There was scaffolding on the balcony when I stayed, but once this is gone it would be a perfect place to stay. I left my charger cable at the apartment and Cleyro kindly posted it to my home address. Would recommend.

Fantastic stay, Marianna was a great host that kept in contact during our stay. Very central with underground paid parking on request. Apartment very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities for a work/family stay. Good wifi and located near to great restaurants and places of interest in Bristol.

Really nice apartment that was close to all amenities as shopping and train station. Excellent communication from Daniel to meer and greet and show us around the apartment. Building work around us but as out all the days we were there it did not affect us. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area.

Great location between the town and Bristol Temple Meads station. Check in worked well. Appartment was big and had everything you could need . Plus we had a balcony which was pleasant as the weather was good.

Fantastic place to stay - apartments are spacious, spotlessly clean and very modern with all mod cons. Great location just a few mins from all the restaurants, cafes and attractions in the centre of town, but still nice and quiet. Marco (who met us with the keys and showed us to the apartment) was great. Thoroughly recommended

A really lovely, modern & clean apartment. It was very hot when we stayed but they gave us great instructions on how to cool the apartment down and it was very comfortable. They didn’t have a parking space available however they gave us the address of a nearby car park which was very helpful.

I have stayed at Cleyro Apartments before and had a great experience. This set the bar for my expectations. my expectations were not met on this, my second, stay (lingering smell of cigarette smoke from previous occupation and the kitchen was not clean enough to use). I did raise my concerns with staff and to their credit they were apologetic and immediately offered to remedy the situation (change apartments). I will stay with them again, as I would like to think my first experience was more representative than this one.

Meeting with the Manager to hand over the key was efficient. Also enjoyed some flexibility in my check-out time which was very helpful. The location is serene. It would be very pleasant when the construction is finished.
