Ever think was perfect apart from door and other people banking it

Clean had everything we needed for two for two days

The main front door was hard to open it would stick and the mail would make it stick even more and other people slam front door

Great little flat in a great location, just a few little tweaks needed to make it perfect.

Great location, flat was well equipped, nice big shower room, fluffy towels. Plenty of glasses, plates, etc, and tea, coffee, sugar left for us in the cupboards. Easy access from the street using the door code, the actual flat door lockbox was a little trickier but not a problem. Good strong wifi signal. Comfy sofa, comfy bed, and great location just a short distance from the vibrant harbour area.

1) Needs a privacy curtain on the front window, it's at street level and there's only a sheer gauze curtain that allows passersby to look in - we had to put a towel up for privacy. 2) No wardrobe or chest of drawers in the bedroom 3) Only one bedside lamp No curtain needs attending to now. We were only there two nights, it's a lovely flat but if we'd been there longer, we would want clothes storage and a light each side of the bed.

Relaxing stay

Stayed for 3 nights and is a great location for the harbour and the cathedral. The apartment was lovely and clean. Only thing missing is parking but managed to park at mardykes car park nearby and free street parking outside on Sundays.

Nice little studio apartment with good facilities in a good location.

Really good instructions via e mail and a guest app page to gain access to the property and collect the keys from the lock box.

On a busy road so quite noisy at night, and wasn’t able to shut the window. Not a light sleeper so not a huge problem for me.

Amazing!!

What can I say about this place. It was fabulous. The hosts were wonderful, let us have extended check out with no fuss at all. Location is fab, right next to the harbour and easy to get to key places around Bristol. The room was lovely and had everything we needed and more. I would 100% stay again.

It is a beautiful red brick building, our apartment on the 1st floor was cute, clean with more facilities we needed for a 2 night stay, we were very impressed!

Friday night so many emergency service sirens, so not the landlord’s fault but better or we slept through them on the Saturday. But so good, just to be picky, what was with the mugs!!😂

Disappointing not like the pictures at all

The location was good.

It didn’t look like the pictures at all, the bed was literally a fold out bed. The “island” you see on the pictures was a cabinet on wheels that just had chairs near it. We did not get any towels which is very strange for an apartment. The WiFi went off constantly which was terrible because you couldn’t get signal in the room.

Sweet place to stay

I recently stayed at property through Booking.com and had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The property was clean and well-maintained. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Overall, I would recommend the place for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. It provided a great base for exploring the area and made my trip enjoyable.

Good location but poor cleanliness

The location was great, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do

It was not clean at all, when we arrived there were sponges a hoover thrown by the front door we had to climb over. Inside it did not look like it had been hoovered or cleaned at all. The bathroom was really dirty.

No head rest for the bed so hard to watch tv in bed - but exactly as described on the booking page, so was expecting this.

Lovely Weekend Get Away.

Perfect for a weekend away. 3rd floor flat. Few steps but wasn't a problem. An easy location to Explore Bristol. Ideal for a more cosy feel over a hotel room. Simple clean functional furniture. Aesthetically pleasing. Clean and comfortable bed! The most stable pull down Murphy ever! The zebra cushions got me as they are my favourite animal. Extra pillows in the cupboard! A Lovely little bathroom with nice shower pressure. Clean toilet and functional window. I made full use of the wardrobe and desk area to unload the whole suitcase! Thankyou for having more than 2 coat hangers! We enjoyed watching BBC iplayer with snacks after midnight on the little TV. Made heated croissants in the oven with coffee in the morning! We bought some meats from the Cargo and stored them in the clean fridge. The windows were functional.

Things to improve on for me. The room was missing some cute curtains. The bathroom was missing hand soap, shower gel and hair wash although I had my own, it is included in amenities. Maybe more than 1 towel each for more than 2 nights stay. The bathroom was missing a bin for my lady bits and contact lense rubbish. In my opinion, the TV could be off the wall and placed on the grey side table for move ability as my neck was hurting from the high angle. I feel that getting a vanity mirror with lighting on the desk area would bring the high desk greater purpose and aesthetics.

Decent sized room, comfortable bed - a little on the small side but it was fine for us. Location was great only a few minutes walk to the bus and close to the water.

Would have been nice if there was air conditioning as the room got quite warm.

The home appliances are correct The room is well situated not too far from the water front and restaurants

The stairway leading to the second floor apartment is very narrow, not practical for old people. The windows don t work well. The apartment is too close of the road and very noisy. Because of the skylight it's never really dark and hard to get to sleep especially with a bed which is not in good condition. The kitchen is missing several cooking utensils. You can't seat comfortably around the kitchen table. I don't recommend...

Good location and value for money

Good, central location in close proximity to University of Bristol buildings.

I should have checked before booking but it's situated on a busy road, and I was able to hear traffic throughout the night. The apartment had good facilities and was clean but crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment was not complete. There was also a lingering sewage like smell.

Apartment rather tight. Writing table rather high and difficult to eat comfortably. I had problems to turn on the hob cooker. I managed to get information, but there were no instructions in the room. Hints on parking - a bog problem, could also be provided.

Second visit, can’t fault it!

This was my second visit which I thoroughly enjoyed. Nothing not to like about the apartment, was a great base for exploring and meeting friends. Thanks again for a great stay!

Do not consider staying here. Expensive and the owners clearly do minimal cleaning and upkeep

The place was tiny, not clean, there was a coffee machine but no pods, coffee but no cafetiere, tea but no milk. The bathroom basin was cracked. The toilet seat was broken and did not fit. There was limescale on all the taps. Upstairs neighbours (same renter?) came in very late and made a lot of noise. Random furniture in kitchen, random mirror propped up on the floor in the bathroom. The sheets and towels need to be washed at a much higher temperature. There was a bloody stain on the duvet cover. The bed spread had blood/lipstick on it. Nasty, nasty place. Extremely expensive and really poor value for money.
