Not very good.
Clean bedding.
The flat was cold, musty smell, not clean, cobwebs everywhere, everything felt sticky to touch, it needed a deep clean, underneath the sofa cushions was filthy, the shower head leaked, not enough toilet rolls, no tea towel, no j cloths, no plug for kitchen sink, no hairdryer as promised(checked in advance and said there is one), no TV couldn't get it working, no instructions for it, no information folder in flat for anything, only one bath mat, underneath beds very dirty and boxes. I telephoned the managing agents on arrival to advise of these things, and was promised that someone would drop a hairdryer round and try and get TV working, but no one showed up. very disappointing stay as we was only there for three nights and had all this to contend with, spoilt our stay in Bristol. We have always used Booking.com and was very surprised that this accommodation was as bad at it was, as they are usually excellent.

Great location, terrible apartment.
The location is great, but that is all that is. The whole place is very run down, very dusty, lots of cobwebs, the furniture is worn and torn, paint flaking off the walls, really quite bad. The garden is a wreck, smashed brick bbq, broken decking and all rips and tears in the rattan furniture. Chemicals left lying around out there, old mop buckets and rusty bins left on the chairs. The photos advertised, must be from some time ago. Would really not recommend this place.
