Eastern Bristol is a very poor location and options for vegetarian breakfast are limited
We were not informed that our room was on the 3rd floor
We had to carry 4 big bags up to 3 storeys

Location was great for us. The apartments were clean enough, deffo not spotless, but also fine. Comfortable enough but the furniture feels cheap and could easily break. Kitchen mostly equipped. Overall it was fine.
Communication with the host was non existent. They send clear instructions for the key pick up and loads of other random info, but didn’t respond to my question about parking and also they requested how we would like the beds set up (twin or double) and if the sofa bed needed making up but then completely ignored my response, which meant the sofa bed had no bed covers on, so god knows how many sweaty people have used that duvet! It was overall fine but I feel the price is too high for what is a very basic apartment in a rough area
