Luxury studio

The house is clean and there is a kitchen enough to cook. The location of the studio is good, very close to the Southmead hospital. There are also many buses to go to the city centre.

1. There is no Wi-Fi in the studio. The Wi-Fi signal is only available at one specific spot in the garden, and even there it is very weak. There is no connection inside the property, which also means that the TV does not work properly. 2. The check-in process was unnecessarily difficult. The address is listed as “508 Southmead Road”, but 508 is actually a different house. The studio is located in the back garden of that property, and this is not clearly explained in the listing. I had to call the host several times just to find the property and work out how to get in. 3. There are no clothes hooks or anywhere to hang clothes in the studio. This is particularly inconvenient when using the shower, as there is nowhere to put or hang your clothes. 4. Communication with the host was difficult. The host did not seem to see or respond to messages promptly, which made it difficult to get help when needed. 5. There is no seating area in the garden. A small table and a couple of chairs would make the outdoor space much more useful and enjoyable. 6. The bathroom sink is extremely small, which makes it rather inconvenient to use.

Well appointed apartment, good kitchen facilities, good amount of space. Easy, private access.

Bit hard to ventilate- patio doors rather than windows so was stuffy after going out.

Feedback for the venue..... Great aspects: 1) Cute, welcoming and well designed space 2) Lovely wallpaper 3) Clean and comfy bed 4) Lovely flooring choice 5) Great water pressure 6) Nice double shower with great aquaboard choice 7) Great looking washing machine - (great late night viewing)

Suggestions for additions: 1) Blackout blind or curtain over small window 2) Larger bowls for serving food 3) Hooks in bathroom to dry large towels on 4) Rail in bathroom for hand towel/bath mat 5) Hooks and/or hangers for clothing in main space 6) Dustpan and brush for accidental spills 7) Fixing the side fence panels and gate as they continuously bang when windy making loud repeated noises. 8) Though I was told that there is Wi-Fi, there wasn’t. No Wi-Fi ID was ever detected. It would be nice to have some informative booklet about the facilities Further comments: The plates were a little large to fit properly in the dish washer. With the hot weather, consider adding some sort of small back window to have a draft or it gets really hot in the afternoon.
