It is small but perfect for two people for a couple of nights
The facilities were good and very modern (iron, hair dryer, kitchen etc)
Easy to access keys
No noise from surrounding buildings
Great communication
There were socks left in the corner from a previous stay
There was open medication in the basket
The heater in the bathroom was unbelievably hot and didn’t need to be on considering the 30 degree weather
A little more effort of cleanliness at it would be 5 star

Very practical on Gloucester road bishopston, nice and warm, easy to be in, quiet and everything straight forward. All good.
I stayed only two nights and barely stayed there was it was Xmas etc.. but it was pleasant enough to be in.

Amazing location right on the vibrant Gloucester rd. On bus routes. Nice, clean cosy little apartment. Stayed as having building works on my property. Will defo be booking again.
Not a complaint but found the washing machine difficult to use. Maybe an instruction manual would have been helpful.
