El apartamento muy espacioso, todo nuevecito y completo en cuanto a equipos y facilidades. Tuvimos de todo lo necesario. La cama excelente. Lo único que estaba haciendo muchísimo calor y nos hubiera venido bien algún abanico.

Al estar en planta baja, y tener que mantener abiertas las ventanas por el calor, se escuchaban a las personas pasar frente al apartamento a cualquier hora.

Neat and tidy with new furniture. Generally quiet and peaceful. Very comfy bed.

When I arrived the dedicated parking space was taken by someone else. When I called on call management they couldn't do anything so I had to park in a disabled bay. The following day I asked the main management and it got sorted out. However, when I asked for a fan, as we were in a heatwave, I was told that they couldn't as it might get stolen! I can't believe they said this to me. Other issues; no hot water as the boiler was off I think, no hand soap in the property, and only one hand towel. The problem with these sorts of properties is that management is disconnected and not that caring about your stay. It's all about money making and not customer satisfaction.

Spotlessly clean apartment. Lift access to the upper floors. Good value for money

Would have been nice is tea, coffee, sugar and milk were provided. Also we ended up having hot days and there was no fan in the apartment which made it very uncomfortable in the heat.
