Stay in Bristol

It was clean light and airy inside. All lighting was good. Showers were good. Parking behind high gates was okay. The location of the property was just right for us.

The beds were not very comfortable and pillows could also be better. The plates bowls cups and glasses could also do with replacing with just standard plain matching items. Sofa was also not comfortable for people of a certain age. The gates could be a little tricky particularly when pouring with rain.

Gated 4 Guest House

A modern, Super clean and tidy accommodation, one of the best I have been to and done a few now in Bristol. In the middle of a housing estate but you have your own Gated Off road parking. No noise for the 2 nights. 2 bedrooms both with en-suites. Covers over doors that interlink between bungalows, so good privacy. Cooking facilities, shower stuff, toilet roll, units with mirrors, cleaning supplies etc all good 30 min to drive into Bristol city.

If you are using the place to spend time in and chill then bear in mind, as it can sleep 5, there is one sofa (sofabed) only, but a couple of bar stools and dining room chairs to sit on. The TV does not move so I had to move the sofa round to see the TV...not a real problem as there is plenty of room, we were just using it to crash a couple of nights. If you have someone sleeping on the sofa they have to use one of the en-suites. They are both just inside the door and we are family so no issue. Would have been good to have just some tea, coffee, sugar as I had to go out to get basics. It was not listed so probably just an expectation on my part.

Reasonably comfortable for a couple of nights but not very well equipped for self-catering.

Could have done with at least one additional easy chair. Only just room for the three of us on the one sofa. Instructions for using the TV would have been useful; too many options, when all we wanted was to watch live programmes. Not much crockery provided.

The property was very clean and comfortable and it is managed by a very pleasant and responsive host. It is located close to the shopping park and multiple supermarkets.

lovely stay with great amenities

very clean and bed comfortable. We arrived half an hour early and accommodation was still being cleaned, which was no problem as we were early. Very friendly and informative, lovely staff

Good value for money stay.

Clean house with all the facilities you would need. The two ensuites being a definite bonus as was the free gated off road parking which is quite rare in Bristol. Communication was good, with quick responses to any queries.

The positioning though great for Cribbs Causeway (approx 5mins away) was a drawback for getting into the centre of Bristol (approx 20 min). This was pointed out in the property description though, so it wasn't a problem.
