Very terrible experience. The host was not helpful. Refused to respond to calls and emails. Will never recommend.

Absolute TRASH

We couldn't stay in the property because the heaters were not effective and one of the widows was defective and we couldn't shut it.

Never again!

The property was vile and not at all as described. The property had not been cleaned.

Upon arrival, the property was found in an unacceptable state and entirely misrepresented in both description and photos. The accommodation was unsanitary, emitted a foul odour throughout, and was not fit for occupation. There were visible stains on the walls and furniture, dirty cleaning cloths left behind, and grime throughout the property. The air smelled putrid, the beds were unmade, and the bed linen and towels were visibly soiled and damp. When we requested a refund from the property owner, we only got refunded for half of our stay, even though we did not stay in the property for a single night. The owner was also very rude when we contacted him and reluctant to help.

Over night stay

Location, layout, lounge, showers okay. It did the job for us.

Lack of cutlery, oven not working, no plug for kitchen as it didn't seal. One window in lounge didn't shut. All rooms were very cold and took a while to heat up. I had not noticed there were no towels on the list, so we managed with the two that were there but we couldn't dry up our breakfast pots as there was no tea towel. Once it got warm there was a bit of an unpleasant aroma in the bathroom off the twin room. Lack of written instructions for oven, TV, radiators.

It has been the worse booking experience we have had

The beds weren't bad

The host didn't provide towels and we had to buy them which isn't ideal because it is the first time we don't have towels. The house was dirty, I had to wash the mugs before using them, dirty matts on the floor, the window in the lounge area didn't close and was cold at night. Also radiator main bedroom didn't work.

Horrendous and would not stay again

Had a TV

When walking into the property there is a camera which is on. The fire alarm was already broken so if there was a fire we had no way of alarming. The back door didn’t open there was used tooth brushes and tooth paste in the bathroom as well as used food in the fridge. It was dirty there was mould on the bathroom doors and in the bathrooms. It was very unsanitary to the extent we could not shower. We had to hold the doors closed with chairs during the night. We even woke up early to leave by 6am as it felt unsafe. The property stank

Quirky apartment

The guy letting the apartment was an absolute legend...we locked ourselves out at 8 in the morning and also left the keys in the back of the door so when he arrived to unlock it for us he couldn't also and had to climb through a tiny window in order to get into the flat. 5 stars for customer service he didn't even act like it was a nightmare which it most definitely was on a Sunday morning!

No tea towels or hand/bath towels which would've been handy!

Nada

La puerta de entrada tenía mal la cerradura y el casero nos lo advirtió pero al llegar no pudimos cerrar la puerta y estuvimos media hora intentándolo hasta que desistimos y nos fuimos con miedo a dormir por dejar la puerta abierta. Olia a humedad, ni nos dejaron toallas en el baño. Dormimos en un sofá porque las camas tenían el colchón hundido y la ropa de cama vieja y olía. La televisión no sintoniza, pasamos noche horrible esperando a que amaneciese para irnos y muy intranquilos.
