Decent would definitely recommend staying there

The proximity to the hospital and bus stop was really good. It was very spacious and so was good value for money.

The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but this was minor compared to what I liked about the place.

Location was great, access was easy, and the lockbox code was sent an hour before check-in.

My only minor gripe was that the shower drained very slowly, which meant I had to keep turning it off to let the water level in the tray fall.

The location, communication and access instructions were good. The apartment was spacious and clean and looked contemporary.

The apartment was very dark, even with all the lights on. It looked nice and modern but was actually furnished quite cheaply so looked worn in some areas. The sofa looked nice but was very uncomfortable. The mattress was cheap with quite prominent springs although it wasn't too uncomfortable with the topper on. There was a chipped bowl and although there was a Nespresso machine there were no pods. The shower door didn't close. The bathroom light didn't stay on long enough to have a shower! I felt it was expensive for what it was. There appeared to be air conditioning but I couldn't find instructions and despite trying every button, I couldn't get it to work. The fan was totally inadequate for the space and it wasn't safe to leave the window open as it was a ground floor apartment.
