Summary:
The coldharbour suites are perfect for couples, business travelers and anyone looking to visit Bristol. In the heart of Bishopston with easy access to the popular Gloucester Road with fantastic bars, restaurants and independent shops and cafes.

The flat has plenty of space whether you are here for business or just for a relaxing break in the city.

Guests have private access to the flat.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located just outside of town with great bus routes for access all over Bristol. Just across the road there are several shops, restaurants and takeaways for all essentials during your stay.

Getting Around:
There is a bus stop 1 minutes walk from the property that will take you directly into town. If you download the 'First' bus app, you will be able to check all bus times, routes and purchase tickets.

Other Things to Note:
Pots and pans are provided.

Interaction with Guests:
We are Hopewell and we are contactable by phone, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. From 5pm to 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 7pm the weekends.

We booked this place for 2 separate stays months in advance. 1st stay upon arrival and 1st use cups needed to be hand cleaned, using the sink faucet sink would not drain, water was leaking from the pipes under the sink onto the floor. Flooring separating, probably from water damage. We used the toilet there were spiders that i had to kill. Contacted the property manager and pipe leak fixed only. Was texted back they cannot control spiders getting in. 2nd stay nothing fixed and manager did not respond to complaints about clogged sink, sent multiple messages and only received automatic response about check out process. See photos I took.

First impression good, but bed uncomfortable and pillows smell not good, fridge dirty, sofa under cushions needs a good clean, no pillow protectors, or mattress protectors
