Exceptional customer service from Lou who went above and beyond to ensure I experienced a comfortable stay. The apartment is spacious and sunny and is very well appointed, with secure and conveneint parking. Excellent shower. Approximately 25 minutes walk to the all the harbourside bars and restaurants.and 20 minutes to all the shops and central eateries..

A bath mat would be a useful extra.

Great location! 10 min walk to coach station & round the corner from the high street! Easy to get too!

There were very detailed clear instructions about accessing both the property and the car park. The keys and fob are collected from separate locations (2 mins walk from each other) so it can be a bit confusing with the number of codes but the hosts send very detailed explanations. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The flat is a 15 min walk from the harbourside and maybe 5-10 minute walk from the charming Montpellier area. It is very spacious and well decorated, with lots of style. The shower is gorgeous too. There are some off license shops 5-10 minutes walk from the flat. I highly recommend paying to use the host's car park as it is secure and the area didn't seem very safe. There are some basics in the kitchen like oil, salt, pepper, tea, mostly left from previous guests it seems.

Just a couple of minor things - there is a nespresso capsule coffee machine without any capsules left for guests to use. Instead there were exactly three instant Nescafe pouches, even though there were 2 of us staying for 2 days - so leaving 3 coffees was an interesting choice. No milk is provided so better to purchase your own before arriving. Even though the flat is for 2 people all boardgames in the flat were for more than 2 players so we couldn't use them. It is nice to have boardgames but they should be suitable for the number of guests.
