The flat is newly renovated inside and overall very nice.
Excellent location: quiet street, just around the corner from Cabot Circus, and about a 20-minute walk to Temple Meads station.
The property was difficult to find as the arrival instructions were unclear.
No air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable in August.
The mattress was one of the most uncomfortable we’ve experienced in years of traveling.
Missing a full-length mirror and a proper bathroom socket for a hairdryer (only one for electric shavers is available).
Service policy could be improved: only 3 towels and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper were provided for a one-week stay, with no possibility to request extras.

I normally stay on the ground floor which is fine. This room was on the third floor and was terribly hot during the evening.
