Shambolic and overpriced orders of multitude above what is worth

The location was convenient. That is the only positive about this overpriced scam of a listing.

The photos in the listing do not represent reality. The property is near dilapidated, with the furniture in shambles and in places duck taped together. The bedsit lamp was flickering and threatening to short. There is a massive heating boiler in the master bedroom, conveniently missing from the photos. The heating system is on a timer and the switch in place does nothing to manually turn it on. The bathroom was in bad shape with a moldy bathtub and a shower curtain threatening to come down at any moment. Sticky kitchen floors with a shambolic table. The entrance light does not work. Walls with cracked plaster, persistent smell of damp and the feeling of being fleeced for what one paid. Wires running along the property as if it's a work site. Steep and narrow staircase at the entrance and the 'hallway' is made of stairs, making it impossible to use the flat of having limited mobility. Overall the property is overpriced. Unless you are desperate to be at Shirehampton, there is no reason to book this shambolic slum of a property. I could go on but tldr; this is property is overpriced shambles and should be avoided.

I can’t recommend this place to anyone, it was so filthy carpets beds linen ironing board was so dirty the furniture is

Nothing was nice it was very uncomfortable unhygienic filthy apartment falling apart I did not stay there. I had to find alternative accommodation 2 pm in the morning as there were insects and bugs in the bed

The place was not at any standard it needs to be renovated. The pictures shown were different.

Functional for what we needed

The location and price and parking

The exterior lock box was really hard to open There wasn’t enough towels for the number of guests There was a lot of stains on the sofa and randomly on the tv screen No bin bags in any of the bins and only 2 loo rolls for 5 people The blankets in the single room were stained too And one of the guests found a condom down the side the double bed when he was trying to retrieve his dropped phone Overall I think it could be cleaner the bedding on the double and twin room was clean and the towel provided were clean But generally it could do with a deep clean And maybe a mirror over the sink in the bathroom

location of property was brilliant shops,pubs,takeaways all just on the same road and bus service to Bristol really good. we were happy with service from owner when we asked for more towels and mugs they were there when we came back from going out

Nice apartment, the kitchen is lovely, good bedding and good surroundings.good proximity to supermarket and stores.Heating system on point.

The staff weren't polite. It was freezing at night and I didn't know how to use the thermostat, I called their line and a lady told me not to call her line again just because I called 4am and we were freezing with the kids. Later the same day, a man called to explain to us how to use the thermostat.

bed was comfy

no gas central heating in the house which meant no hot water. the electric shower flicked between scolding and freezing mid shower. the living room sofa bed stunk it stale beer, disgusting. not what the pictures suggest at all.

Property was good value, a decent size and easy to reach. No issues really. Right next to a big co op which was convenient. Beds were comfy

The bedding was clean The towels were clean (there were only 4 provided for 5 guests) Easy check in

Crockery and cutlery were dirty The couches were dirty Mould in the corners of the rooms and windows Only 2 forks The apartment is in a general sad state and disrepair (photos are very outdated and not a fair representation of the current state of the apartment) Shower head is held together with tape Lose plug fittings Mattresses very uncomfortable Apartment needs a good deal of silicon, paint and tlc

great heating plenty of space wifi was easily accessible was able to use owners Netflix which was a great touch very homely and welcoming

no tea towels provided broken sofa near the window front door didn’t close properly no blind over the window in top bedroom so was too bright in the morning waking us up broken bed on the right hand side of the top bedroom lose planks at the bottom of the bed but was still able to use it more mirrors

Convenient location to visit Bristol Centre and surrounding area, spacious, well equipped flat, clean and well furnished. Would happily stay again!

Bathroom is clean, but could probably benefit from some sealant. No shampoo/ shower gel but supermarket is just next door. Not accessible due to steep stairs but not a problem for us.

There were some things missing - Only two cups, no mirrors in the bedrooms, the stairs were very steep so be careful if you have small children

We enjoyed our stay, suited our needs, found the apartment comfortable.

This was self catering, the location was excellent, I had confusion over keys as the email was in my spam box so never recieved it until im got home.

The hot water started off hot for a few seconds then went cold.
