Spacious 3 bed town house in Bristol.

It is an excellent property which I’d highly recommend. The one caveat is that I did have to contact the host for arrival details and for the WiFi information, whereas I’d expect them to provide these without prompting. Otherwise everything was good. The property was clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful when I smashed a glass item (of mine) and brought over a vacuum cleaner. I also reported that the washing machine wasn’t working and it was replaced 2 days later.

The property is conveniently located for Southmead Hospital, less than 10 mins walk. Generally clean. The front door lock is tricky and could do with being replaced. Kitchen is small but functional, oven and fridge could do with good clean. Cloakroom and washing machine, had a leak could not be used, handyman time keeping not great. Heating on all the time, day and night. Plant room quite noisy. Host good at responding to messages.
