Sunny Air Conditioned Studio with Parking and Private Entrance

This is one of the best places i've stayed. It was easy to access and the host was friendly. There were milk, orange juice and tea & coffee, and a full kitchen to cook whatever we want. It was fully air conditioned which we really appreciated during the heat wave. the property was clean and cozy, also had netflix and wifi. it was a really great stay.

Tiny but really good use of space so doesn’t feel cramped at all. We visited in a heat wave and air con was perfect. Easy check in Nice finish throughout. Parking space at front of studio.

Only got details of check out process- including how to deal with bins/ recycling etc on morning of check out and we had already left- would have preferred to recycle rather than use bin for everything so this info left in property or sent on day of check in would be helpful. Didn’t impact on our stay at all!

Modern, little studio with parking on the side. Not too far to the park up to the hill if you own a dog.

There was a problem with hot water in the shower (takes time to achieve the right temperature). Unfortunately no access to back garden if you own a dog. Some small spider webs on walls. Not many shops around here. Just few take aways.

We really liked how affordable the studio was and how easy it was to access with the lockbox key. The space had a surprisingly spacious bathroom and a full-sized kitchen, which made the stay very comfortable. It was nicely equipped overall, and I especially appreciated the selection of board games.

The studio could use a more thorough cleaning — there were noticeable dust clumps on the floor and some mold around the windows and skylight areas. The mattress was extremely soft and felt very worn; I sank all the way down to the bed frame, and sleeping near the edge was impossible because I would sink so much that I’d start to roll off the bed. There was also a strong smell in the space, somewhat similar to gas, which might be due to limited ventilation or another issue
