It was spacious and warm on arrival

No milk or sugar !!

I had such a great stay at this apartment and was honestly so impressed with everything. I was a little concerned before arriving becuase a few reviews mentioned the mattress wasn’t very comfy but they’ve clearly replaced it and it was extremely comfortable. I arrived exhausted and it was such a relief to walk into a clean cosy flat so close to town. I could quickly pop out for good food, cook easily in the kitchen then relax with some TV and get a really good night sleep. The Upgrade Authority property management team were brilliant as well. They responded super quickly to every message, gave great local reccommendations and even helped with luggage storage so I could enjoy the city after checkout without dragging my bags around. Overall a really smooth experience and I would definately stay again 👍👍

Honestly there wasn’t anything to dislike. If I had to pick something I’d say I was initially a bit worried about the mattress because of a few older reviews mentioning it but that’s clearly been sorted now as it was very comfortable during my stay. I just wish bookingcom would remove outdated reviews because I’d hate for people to miss out on hidden gems like this over something that’s already been fixed.

El apartamento está totalmente equipado, limpio y la comunicación con los responsables es muy rápida. Nos han resuelto las dudas y nos han ayudado durante la estancia. El chekin y la recogida de llaves es rápido y cómodo. Nosotros nos hemos movido a pie a todos los sitios. El bus del aeropuerto A1 está a 10 minutos caminando .Supermercados cerca, centro comercial cerca. Si volvemos a Bristol repetiremos aquí! Maria

The flat was clean , coffee tea biscuits were available, shampoo and shower gel

I didn’t like the bedroom window blinds, they aren’t appropriate for a house , let alone on the ground floor, the TV only has subscriptions channels! If you don’t have any, you won’t watch tv!!! Finally the bedroom mattress doesn’t match the flat …. Cheap spring mattress, bad quality.
