Great appartment

There is currently major building work going outside the main bedroom and I was woken up and kept awake from 6:50, which was annoying as I was looking forward to a lie in.

The decor, quirky environment with the telephone box.. great setting for group of friends. Comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Staff only gave us 4 towels instead of 6 and not enough toilet rolls. Had to wait until next day when we would be out.

Amazing facilities, location and value for money🙂

Instructions were not clear enough to find the apartment

The apartment is very nicely furnished and in a very nice location and could be a real gem with a bit more care.

The large building next door is being completely refurbished, there is scaffolding outside the bedroom windows and noise and drilling starts at 8am. There was no mention of this prior to booking and I suspect this will continue for many months. For such a premium apartment, the beds and mattresses are very poor quality and uncomfortable. The wooden floor needs some maintenance and walking without footwear is painful. Cleaning the windows and dust around the fireplace would be good. No kettle! Heating came on despite it being 32 degrees outside.
