Convenient and quiet property for a one night stay in Bristol

Good sized space and nice to have the lounge to use. Would stay again. Parking in a public flat car park very close (for extra cost)

Nice and clean although slightly dated. Door code was a challenge to use although the communication with standard texts was very efficient.

Great location

Very well located, clean, nice house, with all facilities needed for one night. Coffee, tea and milk sachets provided.

Communication with the host was automated. Asked for parking in the premises twice and never got an answer.

Homely stay

Good location in between the train station and coach station. Easy walking distance to town centre. Spacious. Clean and comfortable. Easy to access, clear instructions given by the host. Perfect apartment to have a weekend away with my friends.

A lovely stay, I would recommend Premier Suites to others.

The place was lovely and I liked that it was in an gated area so it felt safer. They had all the equipment needed within the suite. I really liked that there was a chat service where you could message the property and were given answers quickly. Very clean and lots of space for us. Close to the city centre too, just a short walk which was perfect.

The main issue we had was we didn't think the communication was great. It would have been really helpful at the point of booking to have the following information: To let us know what date we will get the payment link, when we will find out how to access the building and how we go about parking/paying for parking. We had to get in touch a few times to find out answers which could have been sent immediately. This would have helped us relax a little, however we did get answers back quite quickly when we did. Lady at reception wasn't the most helpful but we still managed just fine. I would suggest more mirrors as there were none in the rooms. A bit more expensive than what it should have been but it was close to Christmas so we understand price increases for Christmas markets etc.

Great location but in need of some tlc

The location was great for a trip into Bristol. Apartment was very simple but clean. Lots of space which was nice.

Staff weren't very friendly seemed like it was a lot of effort just to tell us where the keys were. I tried calling/emailing to ask why I had been charged more (I didn't realise a deposit was required) but no one returned my calls or emails. The rooms were clean but everything was a bit run down and needs some tlc in my opinion.

Good overall, but some nuisances

Good space, great location.

We arrived to a toilet that clearly had not been cleaned, making us worried about what else was not cleaned after the previous guests. The dishwasher left the dishes dirty (I ran it twice with the same items, and still had grains and visible markings on the items). The safe did not work, luckily I tested it before putting anything in there, because once locked I could not get it to open again. Pillows were not comfortable. We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, but only two towels were provided.

Ok but won’t return.

Good but no parking available. Was told couldn’t book parking on booking but should be plenty. There is a car park near by but not very secure.

Staff not very helpful. Couldn’t even describe where the apartment was located, like the floor it was on! The heater in the main bedroom didn’t work and room was cold. Floors really creaked every time you walked anywhere. Felt dated and not very well maintained. Have used this place many times before and was great. 1st time I’ve brought the family and not impressed.

A very good base for a trip to Bristol. Met my needs and I would return.

I liked nearly everything - very comfortable, good location, good price, well equipped, quiet.

Wash basin did not drain well - this needs to be cleared. Also the underside of the waste plug for the hand basin needs a good clean.

Perfect location for shopping

Comfortable and tidy. Perfect location walking distance to Cabot Circus for Christmas shopping. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Accommodation was secure. Hot shower and comfortable bed.

The decor is a bit outdated could do with a fresh look but that’s just personal opinion. The lift didn’t work the first day which meaner we had to lug our cases up four flights of stairs! Got our steps in though 😂 Luckily it worked the rest of our stay

Very spacious and really clean. Parking easy. All kitchen appliances and accessories in good working order. Even though stayed on ground floor felt safe. Would recommend, easy walk into centre of Bristol.

Good location, near to the rail station and to city centre. Well equipped for simple self catering. Comfy beds and separated to single beds for our needs. Warm and comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Helpful reception staff.

Fantastic night out in Bristol

The space provided in the apartment was fantastic and the location to the shops and bars was perfect, just away so it was quiet at nighttime but walkable to everything.

Slightly lacking in drinking glasses and bowls in the kitchen but other than that absolutely no complaints.

A good place to stay if you need to be in Bristol.

Spacious, very comfortable bed, short walk to the city centre and redeveloped harbour area with lots of restaurants.

Felt a little tired, Bristol city centre has lots of undesirable characters and it doesn’t feel that safe - at any time but particularly at night.

A good place to stay but with small inconveniences

Good sized apartment in a good location not far from the bus station. Public car park close by. Grocery shops in the vicinity Check-in and out was straightforward though we didn't receive instructions until nearly check-in time.

Very basic kitchen equipment supplied. If we book a self-catering apartment we want to be able to cook in it! Dishwasher could have been cleaner and also the bathroom. Not dirty but need a bit more care in cleaning Getting hot water was a bit of a nuisance as it didn't heat up enough on the eco setting

Great value apartments, good location

The rooms were available early so we were able to drop our bags off and get access to the apartments sooner than expected. The facilities had everything you might need and there was plenty of room. Shower gel was provided and there was spare bedding if you were cold. Location was excellent also.

It was a touch cold although wall-mounted electric heaters were present. Noise travelled from other flats, especially above or from outside but it wasn't enough to disturb my sleep too much. The spare bedding did have some stains. Overall the good massively outweighed the bad.

Absolutely immaculate , so quiet and has a fully functional kitchen , comfortable lounge and great shower. The staff were so friendly and helpful they let us store our bags early and let us check in early too. 2nd time here. Def be back

Clean and good value in a good location

The unit was a nice size and the location was good (close to everything but quite quiet). Everything was very clean and the staff I communicated with were very helpful. I also thought it was good value for money.

The check-in and damage deposit instructions that i received were incorrect (the check-in details were not sent 30 minutes prior to check-in time and the deposit was a different amount than stated) which led to some confusion. Also, the hot water worked the evening we arrived. Only one of us took a shower and there was no hot water available in the morning. We only stayed for one night so we didn't request that someone come out to fix it.

The lift made so much noises and was broken during the last 2 days of our stay. We had to bring down our luggages from 4th floor

The apartment bad squeaky floors which were very noisy at night. It also had a washing machine that would shake up the entire kitchen, sitting in the living room next to the kitchen where the washing machine is located could not talk nor hear anything from how loud it is. You could also hear how noisy it is in the bedrooms. The two single beds room had narrow beds, which gave the feel of smaller beds than a common single bed. I have also noticed an adequate amount of fruit flies flying around everywhere as soon as I came into the apartment. The windows were not sound proof, we heard people arguing in the middle of the night and heard the full conversation. The elevator was also making so much noise that we thought it could be partially broken. Funny enough it did break the day after and had to transport our luggage ourselves through the stairwell. More over our booking indicated 2 bathrooms while we had only one bathroom .. the microwave was an issue by it self .. I feel unlucky for what we experienced
