Great Whatsapp communication around how to access the property, including a photo to help me locate the entrance. Property was in good decorative order and clean. Not sure if this is standard or an extra due to the extreme heat the week we arrived but there was chilled water provided in the fridge and a fan running in the room - both were very welcome and a nice touch. Location was great for accessing Harbourside area.
There was no air conditioning and we arrived in a week of extreme heat. A desktop fan was provided in the bedroom but it was hard to get a through breeze and so it was still too warm to sleep comfortably.

Good location convenient for Temple Meads Station, City Centre and temple district. Comfortable bed in large bedroom and well-appointed kitchenette; all very clean. Decent soundproofing within building.
Poor natural lighting and ventilation. Traffic noise very loud (though not a busy road) due to poor external soundproofing.
