the washing machine was working well. overall clean.
The sofa is made of a material only good for winter. Too hot to sit in during summer. the balcony door can only be opened narrowly. No wind coming in. Too stuffy. The quilt cover has some stain.

Great location, easy walk from temple meads. Apartment was spacious and clean. Staff helpful and allowed early check in.
It was very hot, windows and balcony door only open a few inches which I appreciate is a health and safety thing, but would have been nice to get some air flowing through. Fans were supplied which did help though.

Great location. Very walkable to shops and restaurants/pubs. The flat is large and spacious, and the beds are comfy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for along stay. No need to eat out every meal.
Reception is impossible to find, and it's challenging to get in touch with a live person. I was given two rolls of toilet paper for a 6 night stay, and I called to ask for more but no one ever brought any. There's no AC, and the only fans available are small tabletop fans. It was very hot! I also requested the hand soap in the bathroom to be refilled, but no one ever took care of that either.
