Good communication with host and easy access via door code and key box by flat front door. Excellent spacious two bed two bath first floor apartment, with great provisions, from toiletries to tea and coffee, dishwasher tablets etc.. Excellent location with lots of amenities and waterside on the doorstep .Everything is in walking distance. As a warm flat floor fans were appreciated.
As other reviewers have said it is pretty noisy as over a bar with a lot of outdoor seating; we stayed 15-17 July and on first night it was the England v Argentina World Cup final , so very atmospheric outside the building.

very central location by the river and near many pubs and night life. Harbourside and Bristol Beacon are within easy walking distance, also easy walk from Temple Meads station. A lovely apartment, homely, comfortable and tastefully furnished - very clean.
It will be particularly suited to people who enjoy a bit of nightlife and staying up late. Ear plugs were provided.

No breakfast, great location, except for the neighbours
The apartment is located above a Pub and across the road from another 2 Pubs, the street below the apartment is closed at that end with trestle tables filling the street below. With approximately 150-200 persons in the area under our windows from 6.00pm to 1.00am for the 3 nights we stayed.
