Had minor issues with check-in however when I called the Staff, they were responsive and prompt to help and the issue was resolved quickly.
The property was bigger than I expected very spacious, it was reasonably clean and very comfortable.
I was especially grateful for the fan which came with the property because it was really hot this weekend.
On arrival, the elevator wasn’t working, my room was on the very top floor which was inconvenient however not a major issue

Central location and close to my office
Noise from other flats. One of 2 windows was broken and couldn’t be opened, the other would only partially open. No grill tray in oven and ice box in fridge frozen shut (clearly not been defrosted for some time). Previous flat I stayed in within this property had an iron and ironing board, this one didn’t. The noise was incredible…internally from other residents, and externally from traffic etc.
