The location was perfect and so central to everything we wanted to walk to. The flat itself was super clean which we loved and the beds were comfy. Would highly recommend and come back again!
The balcony does overlook an internal courtyard/storage area, which isn't very picturesque, but this wasn't a big issue!

The inside of the apartment was clean and comfortable, the appliances worked well, and the location is good. It's walkable to many places.
The balcony was filthy with pigeon poop - it's clearly not cleaned or even swept. The keypad to get inside the building to get to the lockbox doesn't work well at all, and the hallways are dirty. Our hallway on the 3rd floor smelled bad, too. The interior courtyard is very depressing, dark and half full of rubbish bins. Not a nice place to look out on every day, and very little light gets in.

Building smelled and I did not feel comfortable in it - felt unclean, despite efforts to make it into short stay accommodation. Wished i had chosen the other option I was looking at.
