Great location. Nice apartment but some flaws considering the price.

The app is confusing, the check in instructions come in 16 steps!! . No hot water. They did ask me to send a video of me attempting to set the hot water (bit rude.. I know how to operate a thermostat but it wasn't working so cold showers all weekend) A lack of decent glassware. Also no tea towels. The sleeping arrangements are ok if you like love island!! Fortunately we are close friends so we didn't mind all sleeping in one room!

Excellent location. Perfect for exploring the city, the apartment is situated in a vibrant area close to a wide range of restaurants and attractive cafes. It was also very quiet.

Entering property was difficult because initially we weren’t sent the Guest Portal beforehand, despite emailing and informing them of this. On arrival at the property, (in the rain), we realised we couldn’t get in as we had received no instructions. After a telephone call we were sent a form to complete which included sending a selfie and a copy of our ID. Had we not have had photographic ID, or arrived out of office hours, or had there been no phone signal we might not have been able to access the property. Having said that, once we received instructions it was all straightforward getting in.

Beds were a little uncomfortable and needed more information re where to put your rubbish once check out etc as we left it in the property

Fantastic location. Very safe, quiet flat. Perfect for a visit to Bristol

Nothing. Very nice. I would only say there was a little too much furniture for the main living space and balcony (they have allowed for groups of four, but it made it a bit squashed in), but it wasn't really a problem.
