Excellent location. Perfect for exploring the city, the apartment is situated in a vibrant area close to a wide range of restaurants and attractive cafes. It was also very quiet.

Entering property was difficult because initially we weren’t sent the Guest Portal beforehand, despite emailing and informing them of this. On arrival at the property, (in the rain), we realised we couldn’t get in as we had received no instructions. After a telephone call we were sent a form to complete which included sending a selfie and a copy of our ID. Had we not have had photographic ID, or arrived out of office hours, or had there been no phone signal we might not have been able to access the property. Having said that, once we received instructions it was all straightforward getting in.

Beds were a little uncomfortable and needed more information re where to put your rubbish once check out etc as we left it in the property

Nothing. Very nice. I would only say there was a little too much furniture for the main living space and balcony (they have allowed for groups of four, but it made it a bit squashed in), but it wasn't really a problem.

One of the best apartments I have stayed at in Bristol. Location is absolutely superb, you can walk to everywhere from here. The apartment itself is stunning and so well maintained and appointed, real home from home. So spacious too, could easily house 4 adults without people getting in each others way. Decor was lovely as well, all the mod cons too. Very secure building and nice and quiet. I took my mum for a week and she loved it as well. I am absolutely booking here again. The company who own and maintain the property are incredibly helpful as well.

They could definitely do with a new mattress on the main bed, this is my only criticism (it is an older style spring mattress) or get a memory foam mattress topper, that would do the trick too. The spare beds are a little more comfy mattress wise, but they do make quite a bit of noise when you turn over in the night (due to being part of a cabinet).
